Date Monitoring Report

Purpose

The Task Monitoring report can be used to provide a list of tasks associated with
employees, such as when an employee's visa expires. You can easily keep track of
tasks by date and with a system reminder message.

Report Output

The generated report lists task date, task reminder date, processing indicator code and
text, task type code and text, personnel number, employee first name, employee last
name and comments.

Menu Path

Use the following menu path(s) to begin this transaction.

Procedure

1. Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code

2. As required, complete/review the following fields:

Click (Search) to find a value and/or (Multiple Selection) to enter multiple


values for a field when available.

All fields indicated with an O below are optional. Enter data in these fields, as
necessary, to narrow your results.

Leave fields blank to select all values

O Use to specify additional search options.
O Use to display a list of possible field entries.
O Use to display organizational units. Click
(Expand) and (Collapse) to navigate through
the tree structure.
Period R Select a time period or click the radio button next to

Processing O Enter processing indicator that denotes the status
Indicator of the task. (Blank in this field indicates a new task)

3. Click (Execute).

4. Click (Back), (Exit) or (Cancel) to exit the report.

5. You have completed this transaction.
