 INTRODUCTION
Who resigns from a multinational company like
Procter & Gamble to become self-employed and
starts focusing on social media? Well, I did. And for
the past seven years, I have been earning from
Facebook alongside some other offline stuff I do
like public speaking, one on one coaching, training
organizations, etc. But the largest chunk of my
income has been from Facebook.

June 29, 2018. We just had our daughter, Zoe. My

wife was given a 12-week maternity leave which
was the practice in most firms. The 12 weeks
seemed like 12 days and she had to resume work.
What about Zoe? 12 weeks old. Do we place her in
a daycare facility? Do we hire a nanny to cater to

her needs? We needed to make a decision. We

decided no one will take care of our daughter for
us. So, I decided to be a stay-at-home dad.

For the next 365 days, I shut down everything that

would have required me leaving the home. No
speaking engagements. No radio or TV
appearances. No one on one coaching. Nothing.

For one year, I was at home taking care of my

daughter while my wife went to work.

What about money? How do we pay the bills? It's

tough enough for both parents working in Lagos.
How will the family survive with only one person
working? Well, it would have been fine if she was
earning one million nairas monthly. But she wasn't.
Her salary then was less than eighty thousand
nairas.

Facebook. That was the answer. I had already built

a personal brand on Facebook for several years
and I had been earning from it. So when I shut
down all offline activities, I focused exclusively on

what I was doing on Facebook.

I had programs I had developed years ago that

were still fetching money without my presence. I
had ebooks I had written years ago that were still
fetching money. In fact, my very first book, The
Beautiful Life, sold more soft copies than hard
copies. And continues to sell.

For an entire year, without earning a dime from

offline activities, I still generated enough income,
monthly, to sustain my home.

If I can, you can.

In this book, I will be showing you the systems I

implemented that helped me.

 THE SECRET FORMULA

For any result to be repeated, there has to be a

formula or a system. Everything in this world that
can be reproduced must have a specific formula or
system that must be applied.

Coca Cola has different production plants across

the country but they all produce the same coke.
Why? Formula and System.

If you walk into any KFC outlet anywhere in the

country you can tell that their fries are the same.
Why? Formula and System. Both Dominos and
Debonairs are in the pizza business, but you can
always tell which pizza is Dominos' and which

pizza is Debonairs'. Why? Formula and System.

The answer is simple. They all have their formulas

and systems that they work with.

The Secret Formula To Making Money From

Facebook.

Just as Coca Cola, KFC, Dominos, and Debobairs

have their various formulas, so also there is a
formula for making money from Facebook. Better
still, we will call it a system.

The system comprises four steps. Not three steps,

not five steps. And if you take one out of the four,
you disrupt the system and it will not work for you.
What are the four steps that make up the system?

STEP ONE
BE INTENTIONAL

T
o become successful at anything in life, you
must become intentional. There has been
no worthy cause that was not backed by an
intentional person.

But what does it mean to be intentional?

When I was having the WhatsApp classes I held

before making this book, I asked participants to
tell me what they thought being intentional
means. I got a lot of responses, some of which I
will share with you.
A deliberate action.
Doing something consciously.

Being focused and determined.

Going for what you want deliberately.
Doing things with the reason to achieve the
desired result.

Having a particular outcome in mind and taking

the specific actions required to get the desired
results.
One of those may likely be your perception of what
it means to be intentional and you will be right.
However, I will be going a bit deeper than those
definitions.

Being intentional has two sides:

1. The belief that a result is achievable
2. The willingness to go after the result.
If you are not clear on the result then you cannot
be sure of the action steps you are taking.
The result we want to achieve here is making
money.

There are very many reasons to be on Facebook

that are good reasons. But you need to be clear on

your particular reason. What do you want to
achieve?

One person can be on Facebook to share

knowledge and not interested in making money.
That is a good reason in itself. There is nothing
wrong with that.

Another person can be on Facebook not just to

share knowledge but to generate income.

The steps that these two people need to take are

different. That is why you must identify the result
you want to achieve.

Having established the result, the first thing is to

believe that it is possible for you to achieve the
result. What you don't believe you cannot achieve.

Believing something is easier when you know

others that have achieved that result. Are there
people who are already making money from
Facebook? Yes. That means it is possible for you,

too.

The second component is the willingness to go

after the result. The proof of belief is action. That
means if you truly believe then you must be ready
to take the necessary actions required to achieve
the results you desire.

When you are intentional it will show in your

actions. And if you look at those of us that are
making money consistently from Facebook, you
will find certain traits common to us.

What it means to be intentional.

To be intentional, in the context of our subject

matter, is to know that if I am serious about
making money then I cannot use Baby Mama
Slay Queen or any other fictitious or funkified
name as my Facebook name.

To be intentional is to know that I must be

conscious of what I post on Facebook, when I post

it, where I post it, and how I post it.

You will hardly find those of us that make money

from Facebook consistently getting involved in
trends, religious or political issues. It is not
because we don't know what is happening or we
don't have our own opinions about these issues. It
is because we know what we want and those other
issues are just distractions.

To be intentional is to know that if I want to get

people's attention and money, then I must be
ready to provide superior content than what they
are used to. It is to know that I must be ready to
invest in books, courses, coaches, etc if I want to
have superior content.

When you are intentional, it defines two things for

you.
1. Who you need to be.
2. What you need to do.
Who you are determines what you do. A cat can
never bark like a dog because the bark is in the

dog. For a cat to bark, it has to first become a dog.

In the same vein, when it comes to making money

from Facebook, you cannot remain the way you
have always been and expect to make money in 30
days. You must first become a different person.

When you answer that question of WHO you need

to become and WHAT you need to do, it will
redefine everything about you.

How you talk.

What you post on your timeline.
The kind of posts you comment on.
The kind of comments that you make.
The kind of groups you join on Facebook.

Everything about you will change. All of these are

what it means to become intentional.

STEP TWO
FIND YOUR NICHE

The Collins Dictionary defines a niche as “a specific

area of marketing which has its own particular
requirements, customers, and products.”

There are niches, sub-niches, and sub-sub-niches.

Let's use sports as an example.

Sport is a general niche.

Football is a sub-niche under sports.

Midfielder is a sub-niche under football or a sub-

sub-niche under sports.

So you also have to choose your own niche. Some

people are in general niches. Some are in sub-
niches. It depends on you.

You don't have to reinvent the wheel.

People are already doing whatever you want to do

or something similar. You only need to learn from
them.

There is a difference between Invention and

Innovation. Invention is creating something new.
Innovation is improving on something already
existing. If you want to make money fast, it is
better to connect with something that is already
selling in the market.

Someone may ask, "What if that is not my

passion?”

The answer is also a question, "Is your passion

giving you money right now?”

Your bills don't care about your passion. Your bills

care about money. So while you are still
developing yourself in the area of your passion,
you need to be doing something that can be
paying your bills.

I believe there is a lot of misconception about

passion. You don't have to earn your income from
the area of your passion. In fact, there are many
passionate about causes that cannot yield an
income. You must have something else that brings
in the money.

Apart from that, can you imagine somebody who

has a passion for the typewriter and insisting they
must earn their income from the sales of
typewriters? It is very funny, isn't it?

Does that mean people are not buying the

typewriter today? I promise you that there are
people that still buy the typewriter, but the market
is a dying market.

When you are in a dying market, things will only

get more difficult by the day. So, the wise thing to

do is to channel that passion to something else.

Still on Invention. According to the World

Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), there
were 3.17 million patents in 2017 alone. That is
the number of new things that were invented in
2017.

The majority of those things that were invented in

2017 will never make it to the market place. And
out of the few that make it to the market place,
only a handful will survive and be profitable.

Do you know why? Because human beings are

creatures of habits. We don't like to change. That
means many of those things invented will never
make money for the inventors.

If you want to make money fast, the wise thing to

do is to move from invention to innovation. In
innovation, you look for what is already selling and
you connect to it.

Let's take a practical example. The Yorubas love

Eforiro. The Urhobos love Banga soup. If you are a
Yoruba person who loves Eforiro very much, but
you happen to be in Delta and you want to make
quick money by selling food, which one will you
sell? Eforiro or Banga soup?

The answer is obvious, you sell Banga soup

because that is what the customer loves. You don't
sell what you like. You don't sell what you are
passionate about, you sell what the market wants.

It is that same principle you need to apply when it

comes to making money from Facebook if want to
make money fast.

Now, I am not saying there is anything wrong with

Invention. But the stakes are much higher.
Moreover, a hungry man cannot invent anything
because a hungry man cannot think very well.

Seven Fast-Selling Niches

There are seven fast-selling niches that I have

identified that sell on Facebook. It does not mean

these are the only ones that sell fast. They are just
the ones I have identified as fast-selling. They are;

1. Wealth Creation
2. Sales
3. Health (particularly weight loss)
4. Relationship & Family
5. Personal Development
6. Mother & Child
7. Thought Leadership

1. Wealth Creation
Can you learn a skill that you can teach others to
help them make money? A skill that will help them
generate more income e.g. 3D Animation,
Graphics Design, Drop-Shipping, etc.

2. Sales
Some people already have skills and products to
sell but they lack selling skills and strategies. Can
you help them with the skills they need to sell

whatever product or service they have?

3. Health
Can you help people live healthier? Particularly in
the area of weight loss. A lot of ladies are
conscious of their looks. Many of them want to lose
weight. Do you have a special system to help them
lose weight? It may be diet, exercise, etc.

Under weight loss, losing belly fat is a very fast

selling niche. Especially for women that recently
gave birth. They are always conscious of the extra
weight gained and they want to lose belly fat.

4. Relationships
A lot of people are struggling in their relationships.
Can you help their relationships get better? A lot of
ladies are looking for husbands while a lot of guys
are looking for wives. Can you help them find their
future spouses? Can you matchmake?

5. Personal Development
More people are becoming aware of the

importance of personal development. Passion,

purpose, self-confidence, attitude, self-discovery,
etc are some of the niches under personal
development.

Can you teach any of those subjects? Can you help

people find themselves?

6. Mother & Child

First-time moms are usually at sea over what to
do. Some experience postpartum depression
because of childbirth. How can you help? Losing
weight after giving birth, Breastfeeding, etc.

7. Thought Leadership
Thought leaders are people who inspire others
with innovative ideas and help others turn ideas
into reality. They have become the go-to people in
their field of expertise. They can show you how to
replicate their success.

Can you inspire and help others replicate your

success? They will pay you to learn from you.

If you will choose one of those seven niches and

develop yourself on that particular one and focus
your content on the particular one, I promise you
that in 30 days you will start making money. And I
will show you how.

A Common Mistake To Avoid

One common mistake a lot of people make is

thinking that they must do the same thing online
that they do offline. But there is no rule that says
the two must be the same.

My wife is a nurse/midwife. While at work she is

involved in delivering pregnant women. On
Facebook, she has chosen to focus on Mother &
Child. A related niche but not exactly the same.

She does not post about pregnancy and delivery

even though that is her area of specialty. Instead,
she posts about how to feed your newborn baby
from birth to 3 years. How to breastfeed your baby.
What kinds of food to take to lactate better.

He posts about how to express breastmilk if you

are a working mother so that you can extract your
breastmilk and keep for your child. The kind of
food you should give to your child after 6 months,
1 year, 2 years.

Since she cannot deliver pregnant women on

Facebook, she looked for a niche that can be
taught on Facebook and easy for people to
practice.

Now, apart from the fact that she is a mother with

practical experience, she is constantly studying
the area she focuses on when on Facebook.

This brings me to something important that I want

to share with you.

The expert of today is not just the person

that has the certificate, the knowledge, or
the Ph.D. The expert of today is the person
who can share their knowledge on that
subject.

The person who speaks the most on any subject is
the one people will know and the one that people
will give their money to.

Nobody is just going to throw their money at you.

You must deliver something in exchange. The
reality is that many people are caught up in
survival, they don't have the time to study for
themselves. If you can study for them and share
what you have studied with them, and help them
solve their problems, they will pay you.

You must give value in exchange for the money.

But it is very easy to get that value.

Now, what if what you have been doing is

completely different from those seven fast-selling
niches and you have not been making any money?
Or what if you have not been doing anything at all
and you are just starting from scratch?

Then you can apply a system I call Learn and

Teach.

Learn and Teach

Learn and Teach is when you study hard on that

niche you have chosen and from what you have
studied, you start teaching others. The benefit is
that you learn twice instead of once and you also
solve problems for others by teaching what you
just learned.

 STEP THREE

PROVIDE VALUABLE CONTENT

FOR YOUR NICHE

Uber is the world's largest taxi company but does

not own any taxi.

Alibaba is the world's most valuable retailer but

does not have any stock.

Airbnb is the world's largest accommodation

provider but does not own any property.

Facebook is the world's most popular media

company but does not create any content.

Facebook is about content sharing. It is the users

that create the content on Facebook. If you will
make money from Facebook, you must provide
valuable content.

How can you get content for your chosen niche? I

share with you five strategies for content sourcing.

1. Personal Experience
2. Forum Discussions
3. Guest Post
4. Industry Blogs
5. Interviews

1. Personal Experience
You can decide to share content from your
personal experience in that niche. This is part of
storytelling and it is a very strong form of content
writing.

People love stories, so if you can use personal

stories to drive your message, you will easily get

people's attention.

2. Forum Discussions
Another way to get content is from forum
discussions. Forum discussions can be discussions
you have in various Facebook groups you belong
to. It can also be from external sites like Nairaland
or blogs where people discuss various issues.

When a lot of people contribute to a particular

subject, different ideas will be submitted. Those
ideas can become an inspiration for your content.
If the subject matter is in your chosen Niche then
you will have an avalanche of content.

The moment you choose your niche, your mind

will begin to see content around that niche.

3. Guest Post
Guest Post is when you post someone else's
content. Sharing on Facebook where you click on
the share link to share someone's post on your
timeline is an example of guest posting.

You came across content that will be of value to

your followers and you share that content directly.
It has to be content in line with your chosen niche,
remember.

4. Industry Blogs
You are not the alpha and omega of your niche so
you must read wide. Visit blogs that focus on your
chosen niche and get more knowledge in that
area. With the help of Google, you will be able to
get other sites that also share on your niche and
you use that to broaden your knowledge.

As you study, you will be able to identify things

that work here and things that don't work here.
That will now guide how you develop your own
content. You are not copying and pasting what
you find in other places. You are only developing
your knowledge so that you can develop your own
content.

5. Interviews
This is where you have a guest that answers your
questions. It can be video, audio or text.

You can interview someone who is well known in

your niche by sending them questions which the
answer and send back to you. Then you post the
questions and answers on your wall.

You can also do it in the form of video content like

Facebook live.

Effective Content Strategy

Different people respond to different types of

content. Some people will not read your post if it is
lengthy. Some will not pay attention if there is no
picture attached. So, you must learn to post your
content in different ways.

There are five effective content strategies that you

can apply.

1. Long-Form: Lengthy posts where you explain

in detail.
2. Short-Form: One or two paragraphs.

3. How To: Focus on just one thing and how to

get it done. It may be lengthy or short but you
focus on a specific issue or question. Question and
Answer also come under this.

4. Research: It can be long or short but with data

and authorities quoted.
5. Audio/Video: Facebook live, recorded
videos/audios, etc.

MAKE AN OFFER
Making money is the result of what is known as
Making Offers. When you offer a service or
product on social media for people to buy, you are
making an offer.

Offers can be eBooks, classes (Facebook or

Whatsapp), coaching services, live classes, or
physical products that will be delivered to the
customer.

As you are sharing content based on your niche,

you should already have on your mind the kind of
offer you want to make.

Do you want to sell an eBook at the end of the 30

days?

Do you want to organize a Facebook class?

Do you want to organize a WhatsApp class?

Do you want to hold a live class?

Do you want to have a coaching session?

Do you want to sell a hard product e.g shoes,

bags, etc?

Whatever offer you want to make at the end of 30

days, it is good to have it in mind now so that you
can start preparing for that also. It is part of being
intentional. Don't wait until after a month before
you start thinking about what to offer.

When making an offer you will need to post about

it on your Facebook timeline for your followers to

be aware. You will need to tell them about the

product and what they will be getting when they
make payment. What you say at this point is very
important.

People are very sensitive when it comes to the

issue of money. The same people that have been
liking and commenting on your posts will suddenly
become quiet the moment you mention money.
It is, therefore, necessary to be careful with the
way you word your offers.

When posting your offer take note of the

following:

1. People don't like work

2. People don't like the process
3. People don't like the journey
That means if you want to make an offer, you
cannot title it in a way that is focused on work,
process, or journey.

You have to connect with your audience

emotionally before they will give you their money.
You have to make them like your offer. And you do
that by focusing on what they want.

What does everyone like?

1. Ease
2. Result
3. Comfort
This is where the psychology of selling comes into
play. The same thing that makes you buy anything
is what makes other people buy anything.

Let's see an example. Tell me which of the two

o f f e r s s t a t e d b e l o w y o u w i l l p a y f o r.

1. Learn how to be a professional web

designer.
2. Make your first million through web
design.

I am very sure you will rather pay for the second

class than the first. But we know that both classes

are actually the same, right? It is what you will
learn in the first class that you will learn in the
second class. However, the second class will have
more participants.

Another example:
1. Book Writing Made Easy.
2. Write Your Way To The Bank.

Which one will you choose? Again, the second

option.

From the two examples above it will seem like it is

about the money, but it is not. It is about the
emotional connection. Money is only a vehicle to
connect emotionally. Our third example will not
have any monetary benefit.

Third example:
1. Keep Fit Through Exercise.
2. Gain Your Confidence Back. Lose That

Weight In 60 Days.

Which one will you choose? The second one. But

in this example, money was not the connection.
Confidence was the connection.

Even when you want to offer a physical product,

don't just sell lipstick, sell beauty. Don't sell shoes,
sell confidence. Always connect your offer to
something that is at the heart of the customer.

One final example

1. Learn how to make money from

Facebook.

2. Make Money from Facebook in 30 Days.

Can you now see why I titled my book this way?

If you follow the 4-Step Process treated so far, I

guarantee you that you will make money. Just

make sure you follow the steps as explained.

Caution
Do not, out of a need to make money, title your
offers in a way that will be compelling but you are
unable to deliver the result. Be sure that you can
deliver the result your offer is promising.

Some of those who participated in the WhatsApp

class started getting results in seven days. Some
got results before the fourteenth day. But I did not
title my offer with a 7-day promise. That is
because one month is just convenient for anyone
to apply the system I am teaching right now.
Seven days will be too short.

The truth is that there will be some who will start

getting results probably after forty-five days. But
is that not better than having no result at all? So
don't be fixated on the time frame. Commit to the
process.

eBook even if it is the same content. People will
pay more for a live class than for a video course
even if you are sharing the same thing. So, the
wise thing is to make the same offer in different
formats if possible.

I first had a live video session where I taught what

you are reading right now. Then I held several
WhatsApp classes with a lot more participants
than those that paid for the live video session.
Now you have it as eBook.

If I decide to hold a live session, I am sure you will

like to register for it if it is convenient for you even
though you have the eBook. And there are people
who have the eBook that will not mind having a
print version if I make it available.

With this system, I will be making multiple

incomes from the same content.
This strategy I just gave you is worth a hundred
times what you paid for this eBook.

POSITIONING YOURSELF
AS AN AUTHORITY

There are numerous benefits that come with

being seen as an authority in your niche. You start
getting invitations to speak. People treat you with
higher regard. You can charge higher fees than
the average in the industry.

The quickest way to becoming positioned as an

authority is by publishing a book even if it is an
eBook like this one. You may not be an expert but
the moment you publish a book, people begin to
see you as an authority.

 POSITION YOURSELF AS AN AUTHORITY

Sitting down to write a book is very hard for a lot of

people. But after posting intentionally and
consistently for 1 to 6 months, you have more
than enough content for a book. You can just pull
up what you have posted on your timeline and
piece them together for a continuous flow of
thought. Some minor adjustments may be
required but the work is a lot easier now than
sitting down to write a book from scratch.

How to design your eBook at zero cost

When making offers and you want to make a

special eBook for the offer, those kinds of eBooks
don't need to be lengthy. Ten to thirty pages are
usually enough and you can sell them at any price.
Meanwhile, you can design those kinds of eBooks
by yourself.

What you need to do is to write the book in

MsWord. Insert all the pictures you want to
include in the book if you want to use pictures.
Design a cover page with PowerPoint. Take the
picture to MsWord and insert it as your first page

so it becomes the cover for the book.

Then you convert from MsWord to PDF. Your

MsWord application on your laptop can save the
file directly as PDF and you have your eBook.
Although the file size may be large if there are
pictures.

You can also use an online Word to PDF

converters. Many of them are free and you can get
them through Google.

Another method is to upload the MsWord file to

google docs and download it back as PDF. The file
size is usually very small when you use this
method. When you want to download a word
document from google docs, it will give you
different formats that you can download as. One
of them is PDF.

If you are having an online class, you can use any

of the methods above to design a slide for the
class and send to your participants before the

class. You design your slides using PowerPoint
and you convert to PDF.

However, if you have the money, you can get

professional graphics designers to help you with
your book. Except for Why Bad Things Happen To
Good People, all of my other books were designed
by professionals. But when I hold classes, I design
slides by myself which I send to participants.

Question: Nairaland is a popular forum where a

lot of people seem to chat but is there a way to
search for niche content?

Answer: I only used Nairaland as an example of

Forum Discussion which is one of the content

sourcing strategies out of five that were listed. If

Nairaland is not suitable for your niche then you
can look for other sites. I am sure that just by
typing your niche in Google you will get a ton of
websites to peruse.

Question: After making research and I get points

or content to share, must I always acknowledge
the source or writer? Won't this make my
audience see me as an amateur?

Answer: If you are quoting something someone

else said, then you have to give credit to the
person by mentioning their name. If you are
stating data e.g. 60% of Nigerians are below the
poverty line, then you must state your source for
that data.

When you read books or browse through sites for

knowledge accumulation, it does not mean you
will just copy and paste what you have read. It is
to add to your knowledge base. Then when you
share, you use your own words. But when quoting
something exactly as it was stated, then you must

give credit to the person.

Question: How do I compile my facebook post

into a book, where exactly do I need to start from?
Answer: If what you have been posting over the
months are on the same niche, then you can just
copy them back from your timeline to MsWord and
arrange the content properly. And use it to create
a book.

Question: As someone who doesn't usually post

on Facebook, does that mean I will have to start
from scratch?

Answer: Yes, you have to start from scratch.

That was why I gave the four steps. Once you
follow everything I have taught so far then you
won't have any problem. And because you are
intentional, you will be surprised at how much you
will accomplish in 30 days.

Question: Where does one market his eBook?

A: Your primary market is your friends list.

Because of the free value you have been giving
over the 30 days you would have convinced them
that you have value worth paying for.

That is why the major work you will have to do is

posting quality content so that people will know
you and value you. Then when you make an offer,
they will be willing to buy.

Question: How does one build his or her

followership?

Answer: By posting quality content on your

personal profile, Facebook groups you belong to
and Facebook pages. People will naturally follow
and send you a friend request when you provide
superior content to what they are used to.

Question: I only want to sell an eBook, does it

mean the eBook must be lengthy?

Answer: You determine the length of the book. I

have an eBook with more than 150 pages. I also
have an eBook with less than 20 pages. There is
no rule to the number of pages. Just make sure
the value of the content is more than the amount
you are asking people to pay for it.

Question: My niche is Personal Development. If I

am to sell an eBook, can I use a bonus like
Learning of 3D Animation to sell it or make an
offer with 3D Animation and use the eBook as a
bonus?

Answer: Both of them will work. It depends on

the people you are making the offer to. Which one
is more important to them? That one should be
the main offer and the other one as a bonus. I am
sure you have experienced a situation where a
drink will use a pen as a bonus. Bonuses are just
that-bonuses. They can be related or unrelated to
the main offer.

Question: When making offers, should you focus

on your niche alone?

Answer: No. But if you have been posting about

Health, people will naturally expect your offer to
be health-related. The bonus can come from
anywhere but your main offer should be in the
area you are known for.

Question: I specialize in cake making but I want

to sell my recipes. Should I just go ahead and
make a free offer or should I just start pricing even
tho I have not been making any post about it on
my page?
Answer: It is better to begin by offering free
valuable content in that niche before you make an
offer. Even if the offer is free which you will then
use to upsell another offer, it is good to be known
first.

Question: I am not yet certified in my niche.

Should I write “Up and Coming…” as part of my
title on my timeline and at the end of my posts?
Answer: You don't need to give yourself any title.
Just focus on the work. Then you can be working
on your certification. Except if your niche is highly
specialized and deals with life and death

situations, then it is better to be certified before

you start to avoid any legal issue.

Question: What should be the font size when

creating an eBook?
Answer: 12 or 14. But I will recommend 14.

Question: How long do I have to provide free and

valuable content before making an offer?
Answer: There is no right or wrong answer to
that. But this guide recommends 30 days which is
enough time to establish your presence.

Question: Most of my posts on Facebook focus

on motivation, how can I create a niche and make
an offer around this?
Answer: Motivation is a general niche. Doctors
can motivate. Lawyers can motivate. It is not a
specialized skillset. What you can do is isolate an
area. For example, Confidence. Then you can
focus on just confidence and why people should
develop their confidence. Then you can write a
book or hold a class specifically on that.

Question: Sir before I start should I clean up my

profile/timeline?

Answer: That is known as Profile Revamping. By

the time some people become intentional, they
may have posted a lot of stuff that does not align
with the area they want to focus on.

They have probably been careless with their

words, insulted politicians, have been vulgar, etc.
Now they want to become intentional and their
past may get in the way as some people will
definitely go through your history before they take
you seriously.

(Sometimes, I will get a notification that someone

liked or commented on something I posted four
years ago. Can you imagine the amount of time
that the person must have spent on my timeline to
scroll down to something I posted four years ago?
But some people do it.)

If you have posted stuff in the past that may

discredit you, you can consider profile revamping.
That means you will have to go through your
previous posts and delete stuff you will not want
people to see.

While you may not be able to go through

everything you have posted since you opened
your Facebook account, going back a couple of
months or years, if possible, will be fine. But that is
if you are sure that you have really been posting
rubbish.

Another thing some people do is to start afresh by

opening a completely new Facebook account and
they start adding their friends to the new account.

However, for most people, there is really nothing

terrible with what they have been posting. It's just
that their posts have not been focused. In that
case, you don't need to do a revamp. You just
need to become focused going forward.

Question: Once you've chosen a niche does it

imply you cannot post anything unrelated to that
niche? If you then decide to make unrelated
posts, does it mess with you becoming an
authority in that niche?*

Answer: Choosing a niche does not mean you

cannot post anything unrelated. It only means
most of your stuff will be around that niche.

Also, choosing a niche does not mean everything

must be business-related. It just means you
provide free and valuable information on that
niche most of the time.

I advise anything from 60/40 to 80/20. That is

60% of what you post is around your niche while
40% is on non-related subjects. Or 80% is on your
niche while 20% is on non-related subjects.

Question: I am a milliner (makes and sells

women's hats). I have a business page on
Facebook and Instagram apart from my personal

page. I have difficulty with content that will go

with my hats pictures. My niche, however, is
relationship. Is it possible to marry the two?*

Answer: A lot of people find themselves in that

situation. But it is really not difficult to resolve if
you have the key. Many influencers on Instagram
usually sell one thing or another that is completely
unrelated to what they talk about. You can decide
to operate the two niches separately or together.

Separately. You can have two different pages,

one for relationship and the other for hats. That
means you generate content for the two
separately.

Your main concern is generating content for hat.

Your goal is to sell the hat but your followers don't
really care about your goal. They care about their
goals. So you have to find a way to link your goal
to their goals or make them connect with your
goal.

That is why you provide free information about

hats.

What are the different types of hats?

How will one know which hat to wear with what

dress?

How can hats be maintained?

Then you use the short form content strategy

when posting so that you can have a lot of posts
on just different types of hats for example.

As you keep providing free information, you are

registering your brand in the minds of your
followers. Mind you, you must be investing in
Facebook ads to reach a lot of people.

At the end of each of these posts, you just add one

line for marketing. For example, "For hats that

When your followers get valuable content from

you, when they need your product, you will be the
brand they think of.

You can apply the same tactic for the relationship

page.

Together. When you want to manage two niches

on the same page, then one becomes the stem
and the other one will just be a branch. This is the
method that Instagram influencers use.

They can be posting on one subject just to get a

lot of fans, then once in a while, they post about

because of the brand.

Question: I have been inspired to create an

eBook from my articles. How can one prevent it
from being pirated once it is out?

Answer: Don't focus on what you cannot control.

There is no good book in this world that is not
pirated. But that has not stopped authors from
publishing.

If your followers respect your brand, they will not

pirate or distribute for free. I have people who
bought 10 copies of my eBook and sent me ten
different email addresses to send to.

They could have paid for one and just forward to

their friends. But the quality of value they have
been getting from me for free made them respect
my brand and do the right thing.

That does not mean there won't be a few persons

that would have distributed my books to their

friends for free but I don't worry about them
because I cannot control that.

Question: What are the things that most connect

to the hearts of people when it comes to learning
graphic design, video editing, animation, etc?
How does one effectively compose the title of the
offer to make them interested or pay to learn the
skill?
Answer: Those are skills that will help the
participants generate more income, so you can
connect your offer to money.

Question: I try to post around my niche on

Facebook at least twice a week. Is that good
enough?
Answer: Twice a week is not good enough. If you
are referring to long-form content, fine. But you
can do short-form content like five to ten times a
day where you just give out nuggets.

Another point to remember is that the same

content strategy will not work for everyone. So

you need a mix of the five strategies I taught.

Question: I have been posting on my Facebook

page but my Facebook page does not have the
visibility that my personal profile has. Should I just
focus on my personal timeline?
Answer: I will advise that you focus on your
personal timeline since you have a lot of friends
already.

Question: I post on my timeline but I am not

encouraged. No comment, just likes and in fact,
few likes. What should I do?

Answer: If you are posting quality content then

keep at it, with time they will start engaging with
your posts. Also, use triggers. For example, you
can ask a question at the end of your post that
they will have to answer. This can also help you
get better engagement. Finally, you should also
engage with other people's posts. When you
comment on what people post, they are likely to
reciprocate.

Question: I am already in a particular niche
which is not one of the seven fast-selling niches
you listed. How do I make the shift to one of those
seven?

Answer: The question is, are you getting the

desired result where you are? If you make an offer
there will you make sales? If you are getting
results, then you can continue. But if you have
been doing one thing for years without results, the
wise thing is to change.

Question: How can I create a short link and also

a google form to attach to my Sales Copy?

Answer: To create a short link, you copy the link

you want to shorten and take it to bitly.com or any
other site that generates the short link. There is a
field where you paste your link and it will create a
short version for you.

You can also open an account with the site so that

there will be a record of all the links you shorten
and you can also customize the link.

For example, after shortening a link it may appear

as bit.ly/xWnypT you can then customize it to
bit.ly/googleform

1. The reason many people don't get the results

they desire after reading a book like this is simply
that we are creatures of habits. It is easier to go
back to how you have been doing things than to
make a slight change that will change everything
for you.

Make the decision to be intentional. Don't just go

to your timeline, page, facebook groups and
repeat what you have been doing before. Make a
deliberate change today. Start doing something
that aligns with your money goal.

2. Statistics have shown that only about 5% of

people who take a class, attend a seminar, read a

book, etc, actually take the next step to do what
they learned. Make up your mind to be part of that
5% by actually putting into practice what you have
learned in this book.

3. You have just one assignment- Content!

Content!! Content!!! Determine to post 5 to 10
meaningful posts in your niche daily. To make your
posts engaging, ask a question at the end of each
post that will compel the reader to comment. The
more people comment on your post, the more it
ranks higher and more people will be able to see
the post.

4. As much as we want to make money from

whatever we do, we must remember that people
don't care how much you know until they know
how much you care.

Learn to connect with your contacts, fans, and

followers. When they ask questions, reply. When
they comment on your posts, like and reply to their
comments as much as you can.

Let them know that you truly care. Don't be too

serious when you post.\

5. One way to not easily give up is to focus on what

you can do today. The worst thing you can do is to
do nothing. If you cannot post ten times today,
then do nine. If you cannot do nine, then do eight.
If you cannot do eight, then do seven. Make sure
you are doing something to advance you towards
your goal. In the end, the result will be worth it.

6. Apart from your Facebook timeline, you can also

leverage various Facebook groups to promote your
content and reach more people. Although not
every Facebook group may be suitable for your
niche, you can look for niche-specific Facebook
groups and become very active.

The more you share your content, the more they

know you, like you, and trust you. That is known as
KLT. The higher your KLT, the closer you are to
making money.

7. Success is not the result of doing the right thing.

It is the result of doing the right things
consistently. A lot of people fail not because they
did not do the right thing but because they were
not consistent at it. Start-stop-start-stop will not
get you anywhere. You must be consistent.
