4. Yarn faults associated with improper

clearer setting:

Clearer settings in the winding are to be set

correctly according to the end quality
requirements. The remaining yarn faults after
the set clearing limit of the yarn clearer may
affect the end product due to improper
settings.

Seldom faults are classified by the different

model/make of CLSSIMAT instrument gives Figure 4b

The ONLINE Yarn clearer and OFFLINE
