With reference to the above cited subject matter, this is to inform that in the C2 works
package 11 number staff all belonging to Civil/tunnel department has reported to the site
against and still the staff in department of QAQC, Contracts, Design, Safety, and
Environment are awaited.

It is requested that mobilization of minimum staff in each of the TCAP’s working departments
may be expedited so as to expedite the timely document review and improve department
wise supervision at site.

Further, it is proposed that in place of deployment of 104 staff as per TCAP’s proposal, 55
number of TCAP staff (as per attached Annexure – A) may be mobilized to C2 in first phase
in accordance to the submitted priority plan. Additional deployment from the remaining
strength on as-and-when basis shall be planned as per site requirement.
