3. Read the story below and answer questions that follow.


Kaleza village is near Mperere river. People in this village are farmers. They
grow vegetables and maize on both sides. They also do some fishing. One
day, two children from Kaleza village, Durani and Sanzira removed road sign
which indicated a bridge ahead. They also removed the rails and iron sheets
which protected the bridge from being eroded. The bridge became weak and
was washed away by rainy water.

One night, Umodzi’s uncle felt sick and people in Kaleza called for an
ambulance. The ambulance driver did not know that he was approaching the
bridge and worse still that part of the bridge had been washed away.
Suddenly, the ambulance fell into the river. Although the driver survived, the
ambulance was badly damaged.
