confirm on behalf of our end suppliers or a related companies with our full corporate
responsibility that we are ready and able to transact and supply the following
commodity with the terms stated below. The sales and purchase contract will follow
international standards and procedures.

DLC Transaction Procedure
1. Buyer sends LOI +CIS/ICPO to Seller.
2. Seller issues FCO to buyer. Buyer signs/stamps and sends back to Seller.
3. Seller issues a draft SPA for buyer to review.
4. Buyer and seller sign SPA .
5. Buyer provides draft DLC MT700
+ Buyer’s draft DLC verbiage must be approved by Seller’s bank.
+ If verbiage is not approved, the Buyer must arrange to have the verbiage modified to be
approved by Seller’s bank.
6. With Buyer’s DLC MT700 verified and operational funding in place, Seller provides a 2%
Performance Bond to Buyer's account within 7 days after DLC activated.
7. Buyer’s visit to Brazil is available if requested. Buyer can visit warehouse and inspect at
loading port.
8. After finishing the loading, Seller will provide B/L, SGS and Shipping documents from
Seller's bank to buyer's bank for verification. Upon verification by buyer, the payment will
be released from buyer's bank to seller's bank. Title of ownership of the goods will be
transferred to buyer and vessel departs to destination port.

SBLC Transaction Procedure
1. Buyer sends LOI+CIS/ICPO to Seller.
2. Seller issues FCO to buyer. Buyer signs/stamps and sends back to Seller.
3. Seller issues a draft SPA for buyer to review.
4. Buyer and seller sign SPA .
5. Buyer’s bank issues Proof of Fund through SWIFT RWA MT799 Pre-advice to confirm their
ability to issue SBLC MT760.
6. Buyer and Seller agree to SBLC MT760 block funds verbiage (following the attached file for
bank-to-bank SBLC procedure).
7. With Buyer’s SBLC MT760 block funds verified and operational funding in place, Seller
provides a 2% Performance Bond to the buyer's account within 7 days after SBLC activated.
8. Buyer’s visit to Brazil is available if requested. Buyer can visit warehouse and inspect at
loading port.
9. Seller begins shipment in accordance with SPA.
10. Based on the documents stipulated in the contract and the qualified inspection report
issued by CCIC/SGS at the port of destination, Seller collects the payment through TT MT103
according to each shipment quantity within 5-10 days after the qualified inspection.

Draft SBLC MT760
SBLC MT760: Settle the Irrevocable, Transferable,and Divisible SBLC MT760 cash back
as per Appendix verbiage attached very strictly and T/T at Destination Port as payment
way. Buyer must issue SBLC MT760 by Buyer bank and the verbiage must be accepted
by Seller Bank.
Buyer must issue draft MT760 to Seller to check the details to Seller Bank within 10
days from the date of receiving the signed original contract. Seller to start the process
of shipment within 30 days from the date of receiving SBLC hard copy.
Based on the documents stipulated in the contract and the qualified inspection report
issued by CCIC/SGS at the port of destination, the seller collects the payment through
TT at the port of destination according to each shipment quantity. The buyer shall
make payment for each shipment by TT within 5-10 days after the qualified inspection
report issued by CCIC/SGS at Destination port.
Step of procedure:
1. Buyer's Bank Officer Swift RWA MT799 Pre-Advice to confirm their ability to issue a
MT760 SBLC, and Seller's Bank officer will reply via Swift MT799 that they are READY,
WILLING AND ABLE to receive the buyer's SBLC (please use MT799 verbiage as attached
in Appendix verbiage). Buyer's bank will provide a copy of the MT799 SWIFT RECEIPT.
2. Upon receipt of Seller's SWIFT MT799 RWA reply, the Buyer's Bank shall send via
SWIFT MT760 within 2 banking days to the seller's bank using the verbiage as
provided. Buyer's bank will provide a copy of the MT760 SWIFT RECEIPT..
3. Upon receipt and confirmation of the MT760 by the Seller's bank, the Buyer's bank
shall send a hard copy of the SBLC to the Seller's bank within 7 banking days.
4. Seller issue PB2% in favor of buyer within 7 days from the date of seller bank receiving
MT760 Hard Copy.
