Process to Validate Signature
1. When employee will download the RL this is how it looks.
Employees will have a ‘Question mark’ or a’ x ‘when they first view the document.
2. Ask the employee to save the document
3. Ask employee to open with Adobe.
4. Right click on ‘?’ or ‘X’ and click on Show signature properties.
5. Click on Show Signer’s Certificate
6. click on trust
7. Click on Add to Trusted Certificates.
8. Click on Certified Documents and check all boxes. And click on OK
9. Click on Validate Signature.
10. Signature valiated.
