2 Locale of the Study

This study was conducted at the Mindanao State University – Buug Campus,

Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. The campus is one of the eleven campuses of the

Mindanao State University System. It is located at DatuPanas, Buug, Zamboanga

Sibugay. It offers secondary and tertiary education and senior high school. The

campus has eight colleges namely, College of Arts and Sciences, College of

Agriculture, College of Education, College of Hospitality Management, College of

Information Technology, College of Fisheries, College of Forestry and Environmental

Studies and College of Public Affairs. Particularly, this study was conducted in the

English Department of the College of Arts and Sciences.
