We would like to invite your attention towards rules of Recovery of Finance Ordinance 2001 section 20(4) of
said ordinance “Whoever issues a cheque towards repayment of finance and fulfillment of an obligation
which is dishonored on presentation, shall be punishable with imprisonment”. Please note that according to
above regulations, the issuance of cheque without arranging the required funds in respective bank will lead to
an act of “Criminal Offence” at the part of issuer of cheque.

We value and respect our business relationship with your company. However, our collection department cannot
& tolerate long delay in payment. Therefore, it is once again requested to please look into matter arrange
payment of said outstanding amount immediately in order to avoid any undesirable move by our legal
department. Please note that compliance of terms of financing agreement is contractual obligation of your
company and hope that same will be followed in letter and spirit.
