REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR RENTAL APARTMENT

To hold the unit, please submit $500 in cash or Venmo with the completed application. No personal checks please. Once the $500

is given in, the apartment is reserved, taken off the market, and thus not showed by other brokers. This $500 is refundable if you

are not approved, but not if you change your mind. The following documents should be submitted within 24 hours of applying (as

much documentation as possible; the more we receive, the higher chance at approval for the applicant):
