Admission into BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) Course
Under Competent Authority Quota Seats for the academic year 2023-24 in the
State of Andhra Pradesh.
Inviting online application forms and uploading of scanned documents for
Verification.
Online Application forms for admission into BNYS course for the academic year
2023-24 in the colleges affiliated to Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada
are invited from the eligible candidates.

All the above dates are tentative and the University reserves the right to change them
without assigning any reason or advance notice.

Eligibility for BNYS Course:

1. Age: Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years as on the 31st
December, 2023.
Note: a. A person born on 1st January of a year will complete one year on 31st
December of the same year.
b. Candidates born on or after 02-01-2007 are not eligible.
2. Minimum Educational qualification:
a. Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and
Biology) and English as compulsory subject.
b. Intermediate (10+2) passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/
CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE/NIOS/APOSS (or) other equivalent Board with
Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
c. OC candidates should have secured 50%, aggregate of marks in Science
Subjects.
d. SC, ST and BC candidates should have secured 40%, aggregate of marks in
Science Subjects.
3. The candidates who claim for admission under Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
category shall mention in the online application that they are applying under
PwD category and have to appear before a Medical Board, to be constituted for
the purpose by the University, as per the schedule to be notified by the
University for Eligibility under PwD status.
4. The eligible candidates as per the regulations who desire to take admission into
BNYS Course in the following Private Un-aided Non-Minority Naturopathy and
Yogic Sciences (BNYS) colleges shall apply through online as per the schedule
detailed above counselling for admission into the BNYS course will made in the
colleges affiliated for the year 2023-24 only.

6. Procedure of filling online application form and payment of fee through
Online.
a. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.
b. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.
c. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully regarding
eligibility under local and non-local.
d. Visit website through Internet Explorer 11 version only to fill the
application form.
e. The Registration number which will be sent to the registered mobile after
entering the basic details, should be noted for further use. The
Registration number should be kept confidential and should not be
disclosed to others.
f. Fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and upload all
the documents including the certificates which are mandatory.
g. The following Certificates are required to complete the online application
process. The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload.

7. Instructions to the candidates: -
a. Area wise seat matrix will be displayed in the Website for the information
of the students before commencement of the counselling.
b. The candidates are advised to download and read the Prospectus of the
course and instructions for filling Online Application available in the
University Website http://drysruhs.edu.in before filling the online
Application.
c. Scrutiny of uploaded data will be done by the University and officials from
the concerned Departments. After scrutiny of scanned certificates,
provisional merit list will be released and final merit list will be released
later, after obtaining grievances if any from the candidates. Candidates are
advised to refer to University website http://drysruhs.edu.in for further
notifications / Instructions / Notices regarding schedule for exercising web
options.
d. The process of admissions into BNYS Course will be in accordance with
the Orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No.8
HM&FW(F2) Dept., dt.29.01.2021 and any other orders issued from time to
time.
e. The On-line application form with the following lacunae will be rejected
automatically. No communication will be sent in this regard.
i. Applications with incomplete details / photo and signature.
ii. If any of the uploaded certificates are invisible/not properly uploaded.
iii. If the certificates are not properly scanned due to which the eligibility
criteria cannot be determined.

f. The certificates verification will be conducted basing on the uploaded

scanned certificates. No separate notification will be given for verification of
Original Certificates. The candidates claiming reservation under PwD
category are advised to watch the University website for further
notifications.
g. Hence, the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory
certificates without fail and verify once again before submission of online
application.

h. The candidate should submit the Printout of the filled in Online application
form, Provisional verification form and all Original Certificates along with
One set of self-attested Copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time
of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional
allotment order will be cancelled without any notice. The candidates are
informed not to send the print out of application form to the University.
8. Candidate admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position
issued to him/her does not imply that his/her candidature is accepted by the
University and it does not mean that the entries made by him/her in the online
application are accepted as true and correct. An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit
position does not make him/her eligible for admission.
9. If the information furnished by candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her
candidature is Liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken. If
the certificates produced by any candidate are found to be fake / false/forged at any
stage of verification or admission, the University has every right to cancel the seat /
admission of such candidate without any notice. In case of discrepancy in the
downloaded provisional verification form, the same shall be brought to the notice of
the University immediately.

10. Any orders that may be issued from time to time by University, Govt. of A.P. and
CCIM, New Delhi with regard to Admissions will be applicable to this course.

11. Subsequent Notifications with regard to Web counselling will be notified on the
University website only. Visit the University Website regularly till the completion of
admission process.
