 Apply and implement all procedures and work instructions to avoid unforeseen failures.
 Ensure the product works.
 Ensure the achievement of product’s targets: cost, quality, efficiency and delay.
10. Principle activities
Management and Strategy:
 To believe and pass on the direct principles and targets of the companies to its employees.
 Transmit to employees the targets of SATS and the product.
 To convey to the team leader their goals to achieve.
 Know and pass on to employees the responsibility for the product.
 Work closely together and exchange information with the various departments: FST - Quality - Store - AV-FBB
etc....
 Achieving all near-registered goals (productivity, downtime, absenteeism, etc.)
Management of the staff:
 Give basic training to employees.
 Continuously evaluate employees according to the function description.
 Control of the polyvalencce matrix.
 Ensure that the change of position runs smoothly. (staff flow, staff entry and exit organization and staff break
follow-up)
 Control absenteeism. (Individual interview, warning and punishment)
 Start the individual interview sheets.
 Ensure discipline, order and cleanliness in each station, locker room, canteen and toilets (Apply tracking
sheet).
 Strict application of the company's administrative procedures and internal regulations.
Quality production:
 Monitor the strict application of work instructions, control instructions Tracking and monitoring the tasks of
employees.
 Ensure that the process control progress smoothly. (Follow-up QM)
 Participate and create quality improvement circles. (Example DPV / MVW)
 Carry out production programs according to established planning. (MFP)
 Daily monitoring of scheduled and produced minutes of productions.
 Daily performance monitoring, downtime and absenteeism rates.
 Ensure compliance with the quantity delivered and the quantity mentioned on the Bar code.
 Weekly update of the Racklieferplan with pattern and corrective action.
 Passing important and urgent information to its subordinates.

 Minimize overconsumption of cable and accessories.
Analysis and Corrective Measures:
 Take corrective action on overruns found during the process.
 Analyze and take corrective action in the event of exceeding one of the objectives cited: Performance,
downtime, absenteeism, waste rate, overconsumption, PPM etc. ..... and defect entry sheets.
 Ensure that control documents are updated. (Clip control cards, dynamic control cards, special control cards,

 Participate in the control of the 1.sample. (When launching a new product)
