Employment Offer Letter

Employment Period: February 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025

Dear Jordan,

TAS Inc is pleased to offer you a position as an Amusement & Recreation Attendant
for our 2025 season. Your skills and enthusiasm will be a valued part of our team,
and we look forward to a productive season together. This letter outlines the key
terms and conditions of your employment.

Position Details

• Job Title: Amusement & Recreation Attendant

• Location: Primary worksite in Harris County, with travel to various locations

• Start Date: February 1, 2025

• End Date: November 30, 2025

• Hourly Wage: $14.62 - $17.67 per hour, depending on worksite location

• Work Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week (typically 1:00 P.M. -


10:00 P.M.), with additional hours as needed

• Overtime: As a seasonal employer, TAS, Inc is exempt from federal


overtime under Section 13(a)(3) of the FLSA. State and local overtime
regulations will apply if required.

Visa and Travel Support

• Reimbursement Process: TAS, Inc will reimburse you for these costs in
your first week of employment.

Housing and Transportation

• Housing: Employer-provided housing is available in shared trailer bunks,


with approximately 50 square feet per person and limited cooking facilities.
Housing is free of charge if selected.
• Transportation: We will provide daily transportation from the primary
worksite to all other work locations.

Additional Conditions

• Travel Requirements: This position involves frequent travel approximately


every 2-3 days, as work will be conducted across multiple sites.

• Physical Requirements: The position requires the ability to lift at least 50


pounds and perform various physical tasks.

• Drug Testing: Employer-paid drug testing may be conducted after hire.

Acceptance and Required Documentation

To accept this offer, please sign and return this letter by November 10th.
Additionally, please submit the following documents:

• Passport Copy: Valid for at least six months beyond the contract end date
(May 2025)

• Signed Offer Letter
