The 4 th year BSED and BEED students of Golden Heritage Polytechnic College enrolled
in EDUC 11-Field Study 1, aims to conduct an actual visitation of the classroom, other supportive
learning facilities and virtual observation and interview on some of the faculty members in your
school.

In the light of the rationalizing the undergraduate teacher education to keep pace
with the demands of global competitiveness, Article V, Section 13 of CHED Memorandum #30 states
that “field study courses are intended to provide students with practical learning experiences in which
they observe and verify on in an actual school setting; and these experiences will begin with field
observations and gradually intensify until students undertake practice teaching.

We believe that you have the best means that can provide our students the
necessary experience to link learned theories and principles to the actual teaching-learning situation.
Hereby, making them efficient and effective teachers in the future. In connection, we would like to
request your good office to allow our students to have actual visit in your school to conduct interview
and observations with the select teachers and students of your school.

The schedule of the proposed actual visitation, observation and interview with the
select teachers in your institution is this coming September 2 - 5 and 9 - 12, 2024.

We are very appreciative of the valued support coming from your institution in the
training of these future teachers. Thank you for providing our students with this opportunity to widen
their horizon in the field of teaching.
