• Fazaa members will be able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per month (every 30 days).
• Each Fazaa member is permitted to utilize their purchased tickets for up to 10 guests, inclusive of family
members and friends as well.
• The presence of the Fazaa cardholder is mandatory at the time of entry.
• A valid Fazaa physical or digital card must be presented at the park entry.
• To gain access to the park, Fazaa members are required to present QR codes from the Fazaa mobile
application.
• Neither IMG Park nor its staff will request identification proofs from a Fazaa cardholder or their guests for park
entry.
• Tickets purchased on the Fazaa application are not valid for School Groups and Corporate Groups.
• The offer is valid for tickets purchased online on the Fazaa website and Fazaa Mobile App.
• Fazaa may not be held responsible if you have the SMS blocked by your service provider, or if you registered
the wrong mobile number.
