DAILY SESSION PLAN

Equipment

Technique Approx. Time: 15 Min

ORGANIZATION:
 20x33 yds marked area.
 Attackers will pass to each other and
will make 5 passes and pass to the
other side where 5 players will be
there for support.
 4 defenders 2 in each grid.
 The defenders who are outside the grid
will move inside once there is
transition.

VARIATIONS:
 For progression keep both the
defender inside their own grid.
 Keep the defenders in the middle
passage for interception.
 Add goal for the defenders to score.

Coaching Points
 Always be ready to move to create a
passing angle.
 Communication to help your team.
 Be aware where space and teammates.
 Decision making.
 Awareness of transition.
 Weight of the pass and accuracy.

Skill Approx. Time: 15 Min

ORGANIZATION:
 10x10 grid of 2.
 3v1 in one grid as 3 attacker and 1
defender, 1 attacker and 1 defender
already inside the grid.

 1 attacker and 1 defender in each grid


with 2 neutral players to support the
attackers all the attackers.
 After 5 passes the attackers should
pass the ball in the next grid and only
the neutral players can support the
attacker in next grid.
SSG Approx. Time: 25 Min

Major Coaching Points


 Awareness of situations around you
play.
 On receiving the Ball, if possible
when space is available then

A) A strong first touch on the ball in


the space ahead so that move
quicker as less touches on ball

B) Run with the ball using strong


touches to push the ball ahead

C) C) Run with heads up to see the


situation ahead

 Hit on middle the middle of ball with


the lace part of foot.
 Running and contacting the ball to be
more rhythmical.

Cooling Down / Debrief. Approx. Time: 5 Min
