SOFTWARE
Game Descriptions:
“Pirate Queen”
“Pirate Queen” is a 40-line, 5x4 video reel game with standalone progressives and
bonus features. Before each spin initiates, any “Bonus” symbol on the reels may
randomly be overlaid with “+2”, “+5”, “+10”, or “+20”. Each reel contains a number of
adjacent positions that, before the reel spin initiates, are randomly watermarked with a
gold background. The “Wild” symbol appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, and is wild for all
symbols except any of the “Bonus” symbols and overlays, and will not count as a
watermarked symbol. Only highest winner paid per winning combination. All line pays
are multiplied by the bet multiplier. Line pays must occur on adjacent reels, beginning
with the leftmost reel.
The ‘Free Spin Bonus’ is initiated when any 3, 4, or 5 scattered “Bonus” symbols
appear on the reels, awarding 10 spins plus 1x total bet, 20 spins plus 2x total bet, or 50
spins plus 5x total bet, respectively. Any overlays on the bonus symbols will add
additional free spins, corresponding to the value of the overlay. An alternate set of reels
are used in the bonus. Winning combinations are identical to the base game. The bet
multiplier and active paylines remain the same as the spin that triggered the bonus.
Jackpots/Awards are awarded when certain combinations of reels are completely
watermarked with a gold background. “Wild”, “Bonus”, and “Purple Woman” symbols
cannot be watermarked. ‘Mini A’, ‘Mini B’, and ‘Mini C’ Jackpots are comprised of a
fixed award and increment. Jackpots and Awards may be won during the base game and
the ‘Free Spin Bonus’. Increasing the bet multiplier will increase the number of
watermarked symbols on reel 3, and increases the chance of winning a Jackpot or
Award. If a Jackpot or Award is won during the ‘Free Spin Bonus’, the corresponding
meter will display a fixed Award for the remainder of the bonus. All top box meters do
not increment during the ‘Free Spin Bonus’, and are not multiplied by the bet multiplier.
The following sequences will trigger the corresponding award/action:
· Reels 1-5 watermarked awards the ‘Major’ Award = (‘Minor A’ + ‘Minor B’
jackpots) x 4, and all jackpots are reset.
· Reels 1-4 watermarked awards the ‘Minor A’ Award = (‘Mini A’ + ‘Mini B’
jackpots) x 3, and ‘Mini A’ and ‘Mini B’ jackpots are reset.
· Reels 2-5 watermarked awards the ‘Minor B’ Award = (‘Mini B’ + ‘Mini C’
jackpots) x 5, and ‘Mini B’ and ‘Mini C’ jackpots are reset.
· Reels 1-3 watermarked awards the ‘Mini A’ Jackpot, and ‘Mini A’ Jackpot is
reset.
MO-22-WMS-13-100-073

· Reels 2-4 watermarked awards the ‘Mini B’ Jackpot, and ‘Mini B’ Jackpot is
reset.
· Reels 3-5 watermarked awards the ‘Mini C’ Jackpot, and ‘Mini C’ Jackpot is
reset.
If there is a credit balance remaining but it is less than the amount necessary to
spin the reels after the last wagered spin, then the ‘Wager Saver’ feature is automatically
offered and displayed over the reels. The player can select one of three options:
‘COLLECT,’ ‘PLAY WAGER SAVER’ or ‘RETURN TO GAME.’ Pressing
‘COLLECT’ cashes out the game for the value displayed under this button. Pressing
‘PLAY WAGER SAVER’ activates the ‘WAGER SAVER’ feature and wagers the
remaining credits. ‘WAGER SAVER’ awards a chance at one spin of the reels at the bet
configuration of the last wagered spin. If the pointer stops on the green ‘WIN ZONE’ on
the wheel, one spin of the reels at the last wagered amount is immediately awarded. If
the pointer stops on the white ‘LOSE ZONE’ of the wheel, the game ends. Press
‘RETURN TO GAME’ to return to the base game.

Please note that RTP and volatility calculations were performed using predefined
(hard coded in game software) progressive startup values and increment rates. Since LOOK
these progressive configurations cannot be changed, the average progressive award
(based on hard-coded start-up prizes and increment rates) were used in our RTP and
volatility calculations.
The personality program, D98E-000-1010, is designed with multinational
language support; however, only the English language was evaluated.

Although the Double Up/Gamble feature is supported by this software, there are
currently no SPI chips which allow for Double Up/Gamble to be enabled. As such, this LOOK
functionality is outside of the scope of this certification.
Please note for the Viejas Tribal Gaming Commission and the Barona Tribal
Gaming Commission, the bonus sequence(s) implemented in this game exhibit LOOK
differences in reel element probability when compared to the base game. However, for
the duration of the bonus sequence, the player is made aware of this transition through the
use of various graphical and/or textual cues. These cues may include a change in the
graphical presentation of the game display, a graphical change to individual reel
elements, a textual notification on the game display that informs the player that different
reels are in play, or some other form of notification. The use of these cues in disclosing
differences in reel element probability has generally been accepted by industry regulators
as an appropriate means of ensuring player fairness. Please contact our laboratory
should you have any questions on the application of these game mechanics or should you
require additional information.
This personality contains a 'Jackpots/Awards' feature and the prizes that are
awarded randomly during game play will increment the Progressive Accounting and
either the Machine Paid Progressive Payout or Attendant Paid Progressive Payout meters.
Depending on which level is awarded, the Coin Out meter may also increment. To
perform Progressive reconciliation, please review these meters in the audit menu. If
needed by the regulatory agency, upon request, Gaming Laboratories International,
LLC (GLI) can provide progressive reconciliation auditing procedures.
