• Developed end-to-end data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to seamlessly onboard and process new metrics.

These pipelines incorporated advanced transformations, leveraging business logic and machine learning models within
Azure Databricks (ADB), resulting in actionable insights.
• Elevated data analytics capabilities by harnessing BERT, a state-of-the-art NLP model, to calculate Quality Scores from

customer feedback data in Azure Databricks (ADB). This enhancement led to a remarkable 60% boost in accuracy
compared to the previous Random Forest model, thereby driving more informed decision-making.
• Developed complete backend of Chatbot app using Flask, Azure Open AI and Azure search index. With this app

the business team can chat with the data and get insightful information. It reduces the manual efforts by 2 hours of
reading the comments and making decisions from them.
• Developed and deployed a language translation Power App integrated with Azure Open AI API, enabling seamless

translation of content across multiple languages. Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) for reviewers and
administrators, ensuring data confidentiality, resulting in a 40% reduction in manual translation efforts and improved
data governance for 500+ users.
