About appointment and dismissal of the position.
Article 28 of the rule approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia dated December 31, 2013 No. 995 "On
the approval of the rules for passing the service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia" and "On Approving the
Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia" in accordance with the subsections "a", "e" and "n" of Article 5, Clause
2 of the Regulation approved by the Resolution N337 of the Government of Georgia on December 13, 2013.
I ORDER
1. Police Vice-Colonel Lasha Konstantines Dze Jashiashvili (P/N 34001002080) to be appointed as the Deputy Head of the
Third Police Division of the Gldani-Nadzaladevi Main Division of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Georgia (official salary 2285 two thousand two hundred and eighty five) GEL) and to be released
from the position of deputy of the second police division of the Gldani-Nadzaladevi Main Division of the Tbilisi Police
Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia
2. Police Vice-Colonel Nodar (son of Nodar )Nadirashvili (P/N 31001005583) to be appointed as the Deputy Head of the
Second Police Division of the Gldani-Nadzaladevi Main Division of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Georgia (official salary 2285 two thousand two hundred and eighty five) GEL) and to be released
from the position of deputy of the third police division of the Gldani-Nadzaladevi Main Division of the Tbilisi Police
Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia
3. The order shall take effect upon signing.
4. The mentioned administrative-legal act can be appealed in the Administrative Affairs Board of Tbilisi City Court
(Tbilisi, Aghmashenebeli Alley N64) within one month from its official introduction.
