There's, ‘2 young girl, she’s on the left. She looks about ten years old. She's wearing a nice dress. They're in a park and there are trees in the background, Maybe it's summer because they're both wearing sunglasses. They're both smiling and they look very happy. Please tell us whet you can see in the photograph Candidate A you just listen, Candidate 8: My photograph has five children in it.I think they're in a school gym or dance room. Somewhere children can do exercise. There are three girls in the front and two boys are at the back. They're all wearing shorts and T-shirts, which are different colours. Most of them are looking at the camera and are smiling. | don’t know if they're dancing. They're standing on one leg, doing something that looks abit affcul Maybe they're exercising, but they're enjoying it. Examiner Thank you. Speaking Part 3 oO Examiner Now, inthis part ofthe test you're going to talk about something together for about two minutes. Fm going te describe a situation to you ‘Awoman has been invited to her friend's wedding. She is trying to decide what she could buy her friend for awedding ait Here are some things she could buy. Talk together about the different things she could buy and say which one would be best Allright? Now talk together. Candidate A: OK. think they're intresting presents but sorne are more expensive. Do you agree? Candidate B: Yes... the washing machine costs a lot of money and | don’t think it's a good present really. Candidate A: Yes, | agree. | think if you need a washing machine you choose one yourself. The money would be @good idea. Her riend could buy something she needed, Candidate 8: Yes, money is a good thing to give her but do you think she would prefer a present more than money? What about the clock? It looks like one you can put on the kitchen wall. It could be useful. Candidate A: That's a good idea. | think the microwave and the television are too expensive. Shall we forget about them? There are also the towels and the cushions. What do you think about them? Candidate B: The towels are a good idea but the person might not like the cushions. They might be the wrong colour or pattern. So, | think the towels or the clock. | would prefer the clock. Shall we decide to buy that?
