Adverting to the subject and reference cited, in which the applicant Sri G.
Sathish Kumar, Inspector of Police, CID, R/o H.No.12-2-725/26/C, 2 nd floor P & T
Colony, Gudi Malkapur, Hyderabad asked the information regarding action taken
report on his petition dated 18.04.2024.
In this regard, it is to inform that the Hon’ble High Court has directed in order
dated 13.10.2023 in W.P.No.28328/2023 filed by Sri G. Sathish Kumar, Inspector of
Police that, “to conclude the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner as
expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Six (06) months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order”.
As per the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, the Enquiry Officer was
directed to complete the OE within the prescribed period through reminder memos
time to time. The Enquiry Officer has completed the OE and submitted his Inquiry
Report (minutes) by giving his findings as ‘Proved’ vide
C.No.06/OE/ACP-CCRB/WRL/2022-24, dated 30.09.2024. Agreeing with the findings
of the Enquiry Officer, a copy of the Inquiry Report (minutes) was communicated to
the petitioner and further representation, if any, was called for vide this office
memo C.No.47/PR-A5/2022, dated 02.10.2024. The petitioner acknowledged the
minutes on 03.10.2024. After receipt of his further representation/explanation, the
Oral Enquiry will be disposed off according to the TGCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
