Subject: National-level Cybersecurity Awareness Competitions on Safer Internet Day as part


of ISEA Program - reg.

The Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) initiative, launched by the Ministry of
Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, aims to develop human
resources for a safe, trusted, and secure cyberspace. The ISEA Project Phase-III adopts a targeted
approach to promote cybersecurity and privacy practices. The Cyber Aware Digital Naagrik (Mass
Awareness) program seeks to empowers individuals with essential cybersecurity skills, fostering
safer digital practices.

As a part of this initiative, a web portal https://www.staysafeonline.in has been developed to


cover emerging areas in cybersecurity. It includes activities such as quizzes, competitions like
Drawing/Painting, Cartoon Storyboard, Reels/Shorts, Slogan Writing, Cyber Awareness Tale:
Character-driven storytelling, Short Awareness videos/ Short Film, Technical Papers, My Success
Story: Thanks to Digital Nagrik to boost engagement and enhance learning.

CIET-NCERT vide mail dated 6 December, 2024 has informed about the National-level
Cybersecurity Awareness Competitions on Safer Internet Day as part of ISEA Program initiative.
The details of the program are attached with the circular.

Guidelines for national level competition can be accessed and submitted online at the portal
