• No active backlog at the time of assessment and joining
• Successful completion of full–time degree within the stipulated time frame

Students can apply only for one role among the below roles

Software Engineer
Contribute to a global business and technology teams responsible for
developing and delivering innovative technology offerings and solutions.
Design, develop, test, modify, configure, maintain applications, utilizing
new and emerging technologies to meet customer requirements.

Full Stack
Design and implement front-end and back-end web applications, which
includes API services and databases, interactive and responsive web
pages. Packaging, deployment and troubleshooting the solution in virtual
infrastructure. Ensure code quality with tools and techniques and support
software QA and automate with relevant tools and techniques. Provide
postproduction support.

This year, we have enhanced our assessment processes. The overall assessment flow and pattern is as below:
English and Technical MCQ - Cognitive Assessment

*Technical assessment consists of data structures, algorithms, fundamentals of

database, cloud, and networking. For roles specific to your streams technical
Assessment 1 assessment would comprise of stream specific topics. Details will be shared with your
placement office.

Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module. Each round
will be a mandatory, elimination round.

Spoken English Assessment

Assessment 2
This round will be mandatory but not an elimination round.

Coding Assessment

Coding / Level 2 Technical assessment is a mandatory round and will be applicable for
students eligible for higher package roles. Eligibility will be a combination of the

student’s performance in their academics and Capgemini Exceller assessments.

*For roles specific to your streams technical assessment would comprise of stream
specific topics. Details will be shared with your placement office.

To ensure candidates get enough time to prepare for the assessments and to help them perform to the best of
their abilities, we will have the assessments administered on different days. Detailed schedule and
assessment guidelines will be shared in advance.
The overall process from the first day of assessment followed by interviews and interim result declaration will
be completed in 10-12 calendar days.

Our hiring process this year will be virtual. As part of the pre-placement campaign, we will share some
collaterals and details during the talk session and over a set of emails. To ensure maximum participation, we
would require your support in ensuring that this message reaches all your students applying for placements
