On the first page of the output, we have entered the choice of HOW
WE WANT TO ENTER. Then we entered to log in as ADMIN.
Then we have 5 options to choose from. From that, we have chosen
choice 1 i.e. ENTER PRODUCT NAME.
Then we made our choice of adding Choco moco cake. And then have
entered the price of it.

In this, we have entered the ID of the product which we want to remove
from the list. We have entered ID 9 and the item has been removed
successfully.
And now we have made choice 3 which is to update the price of items
in the list. We have entered the product ID for which we want to update
the price. The ID is 8 and we have entered the updated price of ID 8,.
And the price is successfully updated.

ITEMS. After entering our choice we have the updated item list with
the ID of the item, NAME and PRICE of the item.

SYSTEM (BMS)
Agood bakery management system letsyou accept orders inadvance
from the customers and rids you of the hassles of maintaining a sheet
for every order. Furthermore, it also lets you set reminders andalerts to
deliver the orders on time.

The in-depth daily, hourly, monthly, and annual reports of bakery sales
help to know the pace at which your business
intensifying. Furthermore, ingredient-wise and item-wise reports give
a better grasp of the food costsand revenue earned per unit.

LIMITATION OF BAKERY MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM

The limitation of thissystem is that it is centralized.

" Also, the data to be stored may require data entry to be done.

" Details of production houses have not been maintained.

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT

" The further scope is that in the future the developer who is
interested in this system can use further technologies and can
bring in facilities like sending SMS and B-mail from the
application rather than using a third-party application

In this system we should try to add more predefined commands,


so the system responds to the command more intelligently.

The user interface should be kept simple and uncluttered. Since


the different type of people will interact with this process so our
project should be very easy tothem to understand.

CONCLUSION

>The present manual processes are time-consuming and prone to


error.

> Manual entries cause errors while registering the data.


>The computerized system arranges all sequentially which ensures
quick retrieval of required entries whenever necessary.
>It isless time-consuming and more accurate.
>This is our sincere effort to make this software stand up to both
customers as well as the owner.
