SUBTOTAL
Subtotal is a term used to represent the sum or total of a specific subset of

REPORT
A report in a database is a formatted and structured output of data, typically

include calculations, summaries, or detailed lists.
QUERY
A query in a database is a request for specific data or information from a
database system. It is typically used to search, retrieve, update, or manipulate
data based on certain conditions or criteria. Queries are written using a query
language, with SQL (Structured Query Language) being the most common for
relational databases.
STYLES
Styles in digital documentation refer to predefined formatting settings that
dictate how the text, headings, paragraphs, and other elements are presented
in a document. These styles help maintain consistency, improve readability,
and save time when formatting documents. They are commonly used in word
processors like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other digital documentation
tools.
TABLE OF CONTENT
A Table of Contents (TOC) in digital documentation is a structured list of the
sections, headings, and subheadings in a document, providing an easy way for
readers to navigate through the content. It acts as a roadmap, showing the
organization and structure of the document.
GOAL SEEK
Goal Seek is a tool in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel that helps
users find the input value needed to achieve a specific result in a formula. It
works by adjusting a selected input value within a formula until the formula
returns the desired outcome.
