A. Project Description
Tire inflators are used along with air compressors if our customers need to pump up their car
tires. It is essential to our service stations as it enhances corporate image and providing safe, accurate
and reliable tire inflation for customers.
B. Issue
This certain equipment was part of PTT’s investment to our new stations, and should there be
any trouble calls related to tire inflator, our RED In-House Maintenance Technicians are usually the ones
who repair the item. As an initial resolution to tire inflator related trouble calls, either they replaced the
defective spare parts, or they replaced the defective unit using a spare old unit that was just formed by
cannibalizing old tire inflators.
However, due to natural wear-and-tear, some units can longer be repairable and already subject
for replacement. The expected life span for this type of equipment is usually 2-3 years only.
C. Proposal
Retail Engineering Department would like to kindly propose Supply of Tire Inflators for Various
PTT Stations to be awarded to “EMICOR, INC.” as they submitted the lowest bid for this type of project
that was awarded last March 8, 2024. As stated on the contract for this project, we are committed to
fulfill orders of 15 units of digital tire inflator with accessories such as hose and hose chuck. See
attached documents for reference.

Notes:
1. PR creation for these ordering will be per station and using their respective WP4 CAPEX budget
hence multiple POs will be issued for this project.
2. These ordered items will be for pullout directly from the supplier’s warehouse and will gradually
installed to each station by our RED In-House Technicians to save OPEX budget.
3. Old tire inflator units replaced will then be collected and cannibalized by RED In-House
Technicians to utilize all parts that can be reused to form a working tire inflator units to be used
as spare stocks.
