INSTALLING YOUR PUREIT REVITO PRIME Water Tank Cleaning
1. The purifier should be installed by a trained Pureit technician. The water tank in this product is recommended to be disinfected every 60 days.
The disinfectant tablets or solution can be purchased from an authorized dealer of Pureit.
2. The purifier should be wall-mounted. The disinfecting process defined below must be strictly followed:
3. The purifier should be placed in area which is free of ants/insects/other pests. Close the inlet ball valve on the product to suspend water supply.
Power off the product and unplug the power cable. Turn on the faucet to

Add disinfectant into the water tank.
4. Reinstall the front panel or the knob on the top cover.
5. Do not install the purifier above any electric socket.
5. Mount the product and open the inlet ball valve to resume water supply. Plug in
6. Avoid sharp bends to the pipes of the product. the power cable, power on the product and wait until the purifier has produced a tank
full of water. Keep this water in the tank for 30 minutes then discard it completely.
6. Let the water tank be filled for the second time, then again, discard the water.
7. Do not use an extension cord.
The produced water should now be safe to consume.

the purifier. The maximum input TDS should not exceed 2000 ppm. Note: it is highly recommended to order the cleaning service through our helpline and let
our authorized technician to perform the disinfecting operation at nominal cost.
10. Do not connect the purifier to any hot water tap.
11. Please do not terminate the reject line tubing directly into the drainage (keep it
hanging over the drainage).
12. Do not place the unit where it will be exposed to freezing and/or direct sunlight
and ensure there is enough ventilation.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR PUREIT REVITO PRIME Revito Prime Revito Prime
1. Clean the tap nozzle using disinfectants like bleach/hypochlorite (50 PPM
available chlorine). Discard 2 litres of water after cleaning the dispenser.
2. Clean the external portion of the purifier using a dry cloth only. Do not use
any detergent or soap.
3. Do not clean aggressively or rub the surface as this might lead to scratches
on the parts.
4. Never splash water on the purifier while cleaning.
5. Do not try to open the purifier for cleaning or for any replacements. This
can be done only by a qualified company personnel or an authorised agent.
6. You should maintain good hygiene in the area around your water purifier.
Ensure that this area is free of ants/insects/other pests.
7. Do take care of the reject line and other tubes while cleaning the purifier
else water can flow into the kitchen.

Many a times, water quality parameters with respect to TDS, total hardness, total
alkalinity, iron, turbidity, water line pressure, etc. may vary due to seasonal
change, mixing of water sources due to unavailability of water especially during
summer, etc. This may affect the performance of filters; hence it is recommended
to get the filters periodically checked and cleaned or replaced by authorized
service technician at nominal cost.
TDS is not the only parameter basis which water quality can be defined, there
are many other parameters which can contaminate water and even the
crystal-clear water with low TDS can have toxic chemical substances that pose a
health hazard to the water, hence Pureit RO purifiers purify 100% of the water
through the most advanced technology viz., RO membrane which ensures
removal of harmful & toxic chemical substances to make the water safe for
drinking.

FAQS
1. How does Pureit Revito Prime purify water? 8. Can I open and service my purifier?
Pureit Revito Prime has a 7-stage purification process which ensures you to get water that is ‘As Safe As It is not recommended to open and service purifier by an individual. Call our Pureit helpline if you face any
Boiled Water’ and also removes excess Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to make your water tastier. issue which requires servicing and opening of the purifier.
Stage 7. UV-LED
Inactivates upto 99.99% harmful disease causing bacteria and viruses to deliver safe drinking water.
3. How much time does it take to purify water in Pureit Revito Prime?
Pureit Revito Prime can purify water up to 28 litres per hour depending on the device you have purchased.
However, the time taken to purify depends on the life of the filters, the input water pressure, TDS and other
impurities present in the water.
4. Does Pureit Revito Prime remove arsenic, fluoride, nitrates and iron?
Like other irons, the RO technology can also remove arsenic, fluoride, nitrates, and iron. However, you are not
recommended to use our device if the input water contains more than 0.1 ppm of arsenic, 8 ppm of fluoride, or
0.3 ppm of iron.
7. Can I drink the first purification cycle of water from the purifier?
No, recommendation is to throw the first cycle of water that is filled in the storage tank when the new Pureit
purifier is installed and also whenever the Germkill Kit are replaced.
