Body 1: 1980-1990
From 1980- 1990, the propotion of higher education ,environmental services,
and health and resources grown slightly at over 10%, while there was a
steady decrease of other figures accounted of one in ten. In addition, higher
Education is the highest at two-fifths in 2000 . In contrast, the percentage of
other, health and resources, and K-12 fall gradually to about 7% during 20-
year period.
Body 2 : 1990-2000
On the other hand, there was a dramatic rise in transportation at 12% of total
from 1990 to 2000. Futthermore, this up trend was writnessed in the
propotion of environmental services to account to 4%. After a 10-year
period, the others of total expenditures dropped noticeably at about 10% .
2. Mix : bar + line graph

Body 1 : Temperature
In a year, there are two periods from Jan- Mar to Jul- Oct . The average
temperature rise significantly to 2,5*C. Meanwhile, there is a dramatic decrease
in four months from Mar to Jul at 3,5*C, similar to next two months last year
between Oct and Dec dropp at 2,5*C. Generally, the mean tenperature has a
sharp fluctuation in once period.
On the other hand, the rainfall writness a clear level in a year . Seven
months ( Jan, Feb, Jun-Sep, and Dec) has a silght fall of water lever in rain to
over 50 mm. Nextly, there is a gradual increase to over 150 mm from Mar-
May- October. Finally, two months have the highest rainfail in this year that’s
Nov and Apr. In Apr, the water level reach a peak to 250 mm
