RES0LUTION NO. 05 s.2020
A RESOLUTION ON THE RELEASE OF EIGHT (8) MILLION PESOS FROM THE
SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET (SAVINGS) FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES MATERIALS FOR THE BLENDED LEARNING
MODALITY (MODULAR AND ON-LINE DISTANCE LEARNING) OF ELEMENTARY
AND SECONDARY LEARNERS OF CALAUAN DISTRICT, CALAUAN, LAGUNA
WHEREAS, the eight (8) Million budget from the Special Education Fund-
Supplemental Budget (Savings) will be appropriated for the purchase of USBs, Ink /
Toner for RISO Machine, Master Roll , Paper Cutter and other office supplies for the
Modular distance learning modalities in all schools both Elementary and Secondary
Schools in Calauan District.
WHEREAS, the above-cited provision stipulated for the needs of learners of
DepEd Calauan District will provide better instruction which is highly needed by the
different kinds of learners from Elementary to Secondary Schools of Calauan
District.
WHEREAS, the provision of the said amount will give adequate educational
resources which is an integral component in a successful implementation of the
different types of distance learning modality, specifically, in Modular Distance
Learning.
WHEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Tristrum A. Monpon, President of Federated
Parents and Teachers Association and duly seconded by Mr. Marcelo M. Evangelista,
Secretary General of TABAKK GUADIANS INC. and as agreed upon by all the
members of the Local School Board, be it
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, requesting Hon. Mayor
Buenafrido T. Berris, Local Chief Executive of Calauan and Chairman of the Local
School Board, for the release of Eight (8) Million Pesos from the Special Education
Fund- Supplemental Budget (Savings) for the procurement of Supply Materials for
the Blended Learning Modality (Modular and On-line Distance Learning) of
Elementary and Secondary Learners of Calauan District, Calauan, Laguna for SY.
2020-2021 amidst Covid-19 Pandemic and to provide smooth operations of the
school in the new normal.
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2020.
We hereby certify the correctness of the above Resolution which was adopted
by the Local School Board of Calauan on its Emergency Meeting held on the 7th day
of October, 2020 at the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Calauan, Laguna.
