Manufacturing warehouse conversion: (MFG)

R12.

Product Analysis:
 Analyze the bulk products based on data provided and driven.

Expedite and Holds Management:


 Processing the Holds on orders and Expedite requests based on customer
requests.
 Huge orders were handled efficiently with Smart Navigation system.

 Backlog analysis performed on weekly basis to check for root cause on
delay towards Holds &Expedite.
 Plan to be executed after testing and for backlog clearance.

Demo Loan Program:


 Frequent calls to be made to clients to retrieve the Cisco Demo products
provided for testing.
 Certain products were like testing & buy process where we had to make
partners return on priority, to order the products they like to place an
order.
 Calls were made to analyze the products customers require and the
reason for not returning and make them understand the criticality of
products.

 Have received “Certificate of Appreciation” the “Ovation” prior to 4 months
of joining.
