Under the instructions of my client Bhukya Mangamma
W/o Bhukya Gopichand R/o Hno. 2-10-574, Teachers colony, subedarii
hanmakonda, Madhuvani apartments, wadepalli, Warangal. I am issuing the
following legal notice here under:
1. It is submitted that, my client purchased a flat bearing flat no. 205 in
second floor in NSR constructions in sy.no 698 and 699 situvated at
peddamma gadda mulugu road hanamkonda under a registered sale deed
vide document no 5736/2023 dated 17-03-2023.
2. It is further submitted that, the apartment has been completed and coming
for occupancy. My client applied for electricity connection on 17/09/2024
through mee seva vide application no. NC022402415630 and paid an
amount of rupees 8154.50 rupees.
3. It is submitted that, immediately after submission of the application you
had given a temporary connection and promised my client to give
permanent connection along with meter within 15 days, but one month
back immediately yourself the addressee no.2 disconnected my clients
power connection without giving any notice to my client
4. It is submitted that, immediately my client approached you the addressee
no.2 and asked about the disconnection of the power, yourself you the
addressee no.2 given irrelevant answer stating that your builder directed
me disconnect the connection.
5. It is submitted that, disconnecting my clients house power connection
Is illegal and inhuman and against to the Law, you both addressee no.1
and 2 colluded with each other and been harassing my client and trying to
grab additional money
6. It is submitted that, my client belong to scheduled tribe taking advantage
of that fact yourself harassing my client.

Therefore I call upon through this notice to restore my clients power


connection within ten days by receiving of this notice otherwise my client
will be constrained to file a SC, ST atrocity and file a criminal and civil
case for damages against you the addressee no.1 and 2 in the court of law.
