Submission Guidelines

● All project synopsis Should be directly submitted to the Project In-charge before the due date as per
the given instructions. If the project guide is not allotted to you, keep the name of the guide section
blank.
● During project synopsis submission all related group members should be present. Students Absent
during synopsis submission will be removed from the group immediately. All project synopsis should
be submitted in-time. If synopsis is not submitted till the given deadline then all groups will be
dissolved and students will have to develop the project alone.
● project synopsis will be submitted only after obtaining all necessary signatures but older projects
already developed by students of GEC JDP IT will not be accepted as project synopsis and it will be
treated as rejected despite it will get approval by mistake. For a project synopsis approval, Minimum 4
approved decisions are required. If a minimum of 4 approved decisions are not obtained, then a new
synopsis must be submitted by the project group. If project group and guide list will be released before
synopsis submission attaches it also after the last page of synopsis.

● For preparation of project phase-II synopsis read and follow below mentioned lines:
This Page should be printed and attached after the front page of synopsis.
