In conclusion, the fact that young people learn quickly and play a crucial role in
the development of society in the future fuels prioritized investment in their
education. Nevertheless, I strongly believe/hold a firm belief that education
illiterate adults is also significant as it will help enhance their life, build a more
informed and developed community, and foster people communication.

The issue of providing higher education to young people is important in several
countries. However, some people claim that improving literacy skills in adults
who lack the ability to read and write is equally essential for society. In my
opinion, although there might be some reasons why governments pay
attention to high-quality education for youths, I still believe teaching adults is
as significant.
On the one hand, giving education to young people provides a great number
of benefits. To begin with, youngsters with the natural ability to learn new
concepts help them to learn quickly and generate more creative ideas. On the
contrary, the energy and ability to apprehend new knowledge of young people
are always higher than that of adults. In addition, many countries are focusing
on educating youngsters as they will shape the future of their country. Their
skills and knowledge learned today are the main contributors to the economic
growth. The fact is that countries that have higher literacy rates are
progressing better than countries that have lower rates.
On the other hand, educating adults also brings a great number of merits.
Firstly, this can bring chances to develop themselves. Illiterate people are
limited to manual work, they will have trouble in finding jobs in knowledge-
based industries. By learning high education of adults, they can have a better
career that brings high salaries

Educating the young plays a vital role in societies. However, some people opine
that it is more urgent to invest in increasing adults’ illiteracy rate. While there
are some reasons for developing children’s education, I believe that there is a
need of educating illiterate adults for several reasons.
Giving priority to the education of young people is ubiquitous in all societies as
its merits. Firstly, skills and knowledge youngsters learn today can have a
great impact on the future as they can apply their learnt information to boost
the economy and the nation. Another reason for education children from the
early ages is that children have a natural ability to absorb knowledge quickly,
which helps them save time when learning new concepts. Adults, on the
contrary, with the typical brain development and different responsibilities, are
not likely to learn as effectively as the young.
It is essential to increase adults’ illiteracy due to its positive side. Firstly, more
well-educated adults can contribute to the development of the economy. While
the illiterate are limited to manual work with lower salary, the well-educated
seeking jobs in knowledge-based industries tend to boost the work productivity
and get a higher salary. Thanks to better career paths and higher income, they
can enhance their standards of living contributing to the overall economic
development. Moreover, it is also a good way for promoting communication as
people can understand words and letters. Besides face-to-face communication,
there is an increase in keeping in touch with others via online platforms where
people are required to read and write so that they can better understand each
other’s messages.

The given table illustrates the values of the New Zealand's exports of kiwi fruit to
five countries including Japan, China, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia from 2010 to
2012. Overall, Japan, China and Russia saw an increase in the values of the
5
exports of kiwi fruit from New Zealand while there was a fluctuation in that of
Mexico and Arabia. The most substantial growth could be seen in Japan's figures,
and this country became the leading export market of New Zealand's kiwi in the
period.
In 2010, Japan was the largest export partner of New Zealand's kiwi with around
$270,000,000, which was nearly four times as much as the firgure of the second
largest export market, China. In 2012, these two countries underwent a
substantial growth to approximately $325,000,000, and $94,000,000
respectively. The same trend can be seen in the firgure of Russia, which surged
from $968,000 in 2010 to nearly $2,400,000 in 2012.
In contrast, in 2010, the value of exports of kiwi fruit from New Zealand to
Mexico was $6,000,000 which was 200 times as much as that of Saudi Arabia. In
2011, the Mexico's value of import of kiwi fruit from New Zealand decreased by
three times before rising to $3,300,000 in 2012. The reversal can be seen in the
firgure of Saudi Arabia. In 2010, Saudi Arabia imported nearly $300,000 kiwi fruit
from New Zealand, which rose to 400,000 in 2011. After which, Arabia
underwent a four-time decrease in 2012.
In modern workplaces, people are motivated to work industriously for different
reasons, especially for the chances of being promoted. In this essay, I will give
my explaination for this phenomenom and suggest other motivation that drive
people to work hard.
Employers often stick to promotion opportunities at work due to some following
reasons. One of the major reason is people can earn higher salary when being
promoted. In higher positions, employers are likely to get higher income when
they shoulder more responsibilties. Thanks to a higher amount of money, they
can fully accommodate their daily needs and family life in a higher standard,
which motivated them to progress in their career ladder. Moreover, receiving
promotion offers individuals better opportunities for personal growth. They have
to master essential skills such as leadership or critical thinking and widen
specialized knowledge to fulfill their roles and duties at working environment. It
is a good way to develop and accomplish their job goals.

Besides promotion chances, there are several factors that stimulate people to
work hard. For some people, feeling of success is one inspiration for them to
concentrate and work hard. Hard-working makes it easier for employees to
complete their given tasks in particular time, which gives them feeling of
achievement and success. Besides, working hard can be stemmed from the
desire for contribution to the society. People often attach working hard to
increased work productity; thus,
