 Cosmetic manufacturer companies
These are our biggest partners because we will need to obtain our cosmetic stocks from them
and we are aiming at importing all our products from abroad because of good quality
 Shipping companies
These are our second biggest partners since we are going to be importing our products and so
far an example of shipping company is Silent ocean Ltd because it is trustworthy.
 Beauty bloggers and influencers
These will assist in branding and advertising our cosmetics to the public so we are supposed
to collaborate with them maybe even give them a discount in our products or create a link
with them such that customers who will use influencers’ link will get a discount.
KEY ACTIVITIES
 Market research
Identifying cosmetic trends and customers’ preference is a crucial role so that we can capture
a large number of clients
 Branding
We need a name so that our clients can recognize us faster and its not only a name even
quality services
 Delivery
We have decided to group this into two; long distance customers and short distance customer
we will give free delivery on certain days of the week example Monday and Wednesday for
short distance customers
Long distance customers will get 5% discount on weekends this will strengthen customer
relationships

 Packaging materials
The boxes or paper bags need to carry our name for more recognition and good appearance also
appreciation cards for our customers and gift cards.
Delivery vehicle
For starters we are opting for a motorcycle since its fast and saves time as well as it is cheap.

 Skilled personel
We are going to hire a skilled personal interms of cosmetics so that he can advice clients
depending on the type of skin of our customers and how to use the products.

 High quality products that will not pose a threat to our customers’ skin
 Eco-friendly packaging to make it easier to dispose after use this will attract eco-moved
customers
 Wide range of products for all types and mostly from personal recommendations
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
 Personalized customer services
We are aiming at meeting clients face to face so it might not be physical but using online
platform we will give our clients a time to listen to their needs and the type of cosmetics they
want this can be done by going live in titkok, and Instagram
 Rewards
Customers who will buy cosmetics at a large cost starting from 200k will get a gift voucher that
will enable them to get a discout the next time they make a purchase
Also we will be giving out end of month sale to all our clients whereby some products will be
selected especially those that are more selling

CHANNELS
 Social media platforms
Many clients like tiktok and instragram so we are going to utilize these two platforms to reach
our customers in an easier way
Our influencers also use these platforms so its going to be easier since we will establish a link for
customers who will buy using influencers link will get a discount.
We will also open free sessions on weekends for customers who will go live for suggestions and
advice from our personel this will make people visit our page regularly but they will need to buy
cosmetics from us and this will need an advance deposit of 30k
 Subscription models
Our regular clients will specifically acquire a subscription box that will come with all the
rewards mentioned above like gifts.
CUSTOMER SEGMENT
 Young adults customers
Customers ranging from 18 to 35 years especially females in high learning instituions because
they are beauty motivated.
 Gift buyers
We are also aiming for males who like to offer gifts to their spouses and friends. This guarantees
our business regular purchases because of the type of clients and occasions since gifts are always
random from men to women.
 Professional seeking luxury
Some of our clients like luxury just to be known that they use certain products and from certain
shops so we are giving them a chance
COST STRUCTURE
 Marketing expenses
In this part advertising will cost us a lot since it’s a new business and we are aiming at getting
customers so we will need to insert a fee that will cover advertising costs
 Inventory cost
Buying from manufactures and shipping the cosmetics is also vital but a good deal with
manufacturers can get us a discount.
 Delivery expenses
Since we will be offering a discount on weekends for long distance customers and free delivery
for short distance customers on Mondays and Wednesday we will need to cover such cost in one
way or another.

We will also be the main supplier to other branches so retailers will cover the cost of transporting
