The minimum educational qualifications for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor shall be as per the Ordinance-4, Regulation~134 of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, and UGC Regulation 2018, The prescribed qualifications and experience will be the minimum + criteria and the mere fact of possessing the same will not entitle a candidate to be called for the interview. 2. All the appointees including the in-service candidates shall be governed by the Notification No, 367/Fin/Rule/IV/2020 dated 28/07/2020 and No. 571/260/Fin/Rule/IV/2020 dated 12/09/2023 by the Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh. General Conditions: 1. Applicant should clearly write their name, post applied for and name of the department applied for on the envelope consisting Application Form. 2. University will not be liable for any postal delay. Applications received after the Last Date will not be accepted, in any case. 3. The eligibility of the applicant will be determined on the basis of the Last Date of submission of the Application Form. 4, All the formal communication pertaining to this advertisement (including Eligibility/Rejection related notice, Call for Interview and other respective information) by the University will be done by E-mail only. Candidates are advised to visit the website of the University (www.prsu.ai regularly for updates. 5. Each research score, claimed by the candidate, must be supported by documentary evidence which will be objectively verifiable, without which no claim on account of the research score would be entertained. 6. The reservation for the SC/ST/OBC/Persons with Disabilities/Women Candidates is as per the rules of Government of Chhattisgarh. i. Candidates applying under quota reserved for Physically Challenged Persons should indicate whether he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBC or General Category. ji, Person suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability (VH-Visually Handicapped, HH-Hearing Handicapped and OH-Orthopaedically Handicapped) shall only be eligible for the benefit of reservation for Person with Disabilities. 7. The appointment under the reserved category shall be provisional and subject to the certificate being verified through the proper channels. If the verification reveals that the claim of the candidate to a particular category is false, his/her services will be terminated forthwith/without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice. In such cases further action as maybe, taken under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanita (Indian Penal Code) for production of false certificates. 8." Candidates who have been awarded Ph.0. from foreign Universities should enclose “Certificate of Equivalence”, issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, without which their candidature will not be considered, and application will be rejected. 9. Applicant already in employment shall be required to submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current employer at the time of interview, failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee. 10. Application submitted but not accompanied by necessary supporting verifiable documents, self- attested copies of degree certificates/mark sheets/experience certficates/category certificate (if applicable], publications, teaching/research experience issued by the competent authority and the incomplete application forms shall be rejected summarily. 11. Shortlisted candidates are required to bring along all the original documents at the time of interview for verification. In case the candidate fails to produce the original copy of the claimed document, his/her claim will be rejected. 12. The University shall verify the documents submitted by the candidates at the time of appointment and/or any time during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted are fake or the candidate has a clandestine background and has concealed the said information, his/her services shall be terminated forthwith. 13. In case the last date fixed for receipt of applications is declared a holiday, next working day shall be deemed to be the last date for receiving the forms. 14.
