INTRODUCTION:
We can work with WORD 2010’s rich functionality just about anywhere,
using an internet browser, a mobile phone or our desktop computer. Using
MICROSOFT OFFICE MOBILE 2010, we can use our WINDOWS PHONE
7 to work with our files from anywhere. WORD MOBILE 2010 is a part of
office mobile and is already on our WINDOWS PHONE 7 in the office hub, so
we don’t need to download or install anything else to get started.
➢ Shortcut keys to open the word application WinWord.
➢ To close any of the application Alt+ f4
➢ Frequently used commands can be stored in the quick access toolbar. By
default, we have Undo, Redo, Save, Commands.
➢ In the word document, we have 8 tabs i.e., FILE, HOME, INSERT,
PAGELAYOUT, REFERENCES, MAILINGS, REVIEW, VIEW, and
DEVELOPER.
The following are the shortcut keys to open the tabs:

The MICROSOFT OFFICE CLIPBOARD allows us to copy multiple
text and graphical items from office documents or other programs and paste

3. STYLES:
STYLES are an efficient way to define the appearance of various text
elements in our document.
A style is automatically created every time we apply unique formatting to text

4. EDITING:

INTRODUCTION :
MS Excel is a commonly used Microsoft Office application. It is a
spreadsheet program which is used to save and analyse numerical data.
In this article, we bring to you the important features of MS Excel,
along with an overview of how to use the program, its benefits and
other important elements.

SPREADSHEET: It is a computer application that stimulates a paper
worksheet. It displays multiple cells that together make up a grid consisting of
rows and columns
TRANPOSING OF DATA:
STEPS:
➢ Firstly, new sheet shall be open.
➢ Enter the data in rows and column which data you want in horizontal
format.
Ex: Name-age , Employee-salary
➢ Drag the curser which data enter in the excel and click the right click a
small table shall be opened click copy, the data shall be copied.
➢ Next, click the curser where the data shall be in vertical format.
➢ In that, right click paste special is their small window shall be opened right
side below corner transpose shall be there, click in that the data shall be in
vertical format.

DATA VALIDATION:
CELL REFERENCES:
In excel we have three types of references. They are :
1. Relative reference
2. Absolute reference
3. Mixed reference
1. RELATIVE REFERENCE :
This is the most widely used type of cell reference in formulas.
Relative cell reference is basic cell reference that adjust and change
when copied or when using autofill.

2. ABSOLUTE CELL REFERENCE:
When a formula or function is copied or moved to another location , any cell
reference in the formula or function get adjusted as well .However there are
some situations where cell reference inside a formula must always refer to the
same cell.
