v11 and v12 upgrade and maintenance. Support Disaster Recovery testing. Incident and
change handling related to DB2 issues. z/OS, CPU, Migration activities support related to
DB2. Client specific Project support.Log analysis and management. Health check on the
security aspect of DB2 Maintaining zPARMS. DB2 regions Setup.

JOB DESCRIPTION
● Experience of DB2 system programming
● Install, update, and administer Mainframe DB2 and DB2 related software.
● Perform changes within Company regulations and security standards.
● Assist with testing, implementation, and installation of new/improved systems, as well
as product upgrades.
● Attend meetings and interact regularly with management, team, and clients to
continuously improve services.
● Participate in On-Call rotation schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
● Installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis related to DB2 system programming.
● Strong DB2 system programming skill, DB2 Recovery scenarios
● SMPE, knowledge of RSU maintenance apply procedures
● JCL, ISPF, DB2 related products
● Performance monitoring and trouble shooting DB2 Issues
● Verbal and written proficiency in English

PREFERRED SKILLS
● JCL, REXX, CLIST.
● BMC tools, IBM DB2 tools, CA DB2 tools
● Replication techniques such as CDC
● DB2 Data sharing knowledge
