REFEEDING FOOD LIST

ONLY WEIGH WHAT YOU EAT!!


OLD PROTEIN The protein allowed from your original diet program. This does not include Yoghurt, cheese and egg. In other words these three items may never be increased. OLD VEGETABLES The vegetables allowed on your original diet program. OLD FRUITS The fruits allowed on your original diet program.

NEW VEGETABLES Artichoke Broccoli Carrots Chives Eggplant Hubbard Squash Kohlrabi Leeks Okra Queen Squash Beetroot Avocado Brussels Sprouts CARBS (50g COOKED WEIGHT) Barley Beans Bread Roll Butternut Corn Mieliepap Nuts (any kind) Oats Pasta Peas Popcorn (fat free microwave) Potato Pumpkin Rice Sweet Potato

GOOD FRUITS (Less Sugar) Blackberries (100g) Blueberries (100g) Gooseberries (100g) Kiwi (150g) Litchi (150g) Melon (150g) Mulberries (100g) Nectarine (100g) Pineapple (120g) Plums (120g) Youngberries (100g) BAD FRUITS Banana (1 medium) Cherries (80g) Figs (80g) Granadilla (50g) Grapes (100g) Pear (1) Strawberries (150g) Watermelon (150g)

NEW PROTEIN Meat Any kind no fat and no mince. Bacon, pork, lamb etc. Poultry Any part of the chicken or turkey. No wings and no skin and no bones. Fish Any fish or seafood. No processed or smoked, i.e. fish fingers. Milk Skim Milk/Fat Free - 50ml milk replaces 40g old protein. ALCOHOL Beer (light) 1 glass of 1/3 pint (220ml) can replaces 1 slice of bread. Hard Liquor 1 shot (2 fingers) replaces 1 slice of bread. Wine 1 glass of wine replaces in 1 slice of bread. Best wine: Dry white and dry red
