Description List of Test instruments and validity:
Sr no Checks Status Remarks
Ensure the Panel installation ch list is complete.
Ensure the panel is thoroughly cleaned and no dust,
loose screws etc present. All the covers are in place.
Ensure that enough padlocks are available at site to
lock all the feeders.
Ensure Mechanical interlock keys are provided.
Ensure all cables are meggered.
Perform milivolt drop test record results. Place back all

the covers, clean up as required.
Check the control supply is provided as per drawing.

Measure the voltage.
Switch on control supply and check:
1. All the indicating lights are glowing,

2.Switch on and switch off breakers.
3.Interlocks work properly.
Perform Secondary injection test on all feeders to test
4 Ground-fault trip/sensing (pick up and delay timing).
Attach separate test sheet.
5 Perform insulation resistance test on all bus sections
6 Switch ON power to the panel.
Check phase rotation. Check line voltage. Record

voltage values.
Prepare a checklist based on sequence of operation

to test the performance of the panel.
