OVERVIEW
NMEA baudrate converter s used to send and rece ve NMEA data w th d fferent baud rates. Input and
output speed can be adjusted accord ng to the des red speed. The embedded software can be updated
accord ng to the spec ally spec fied baud rate.
In order for the DIP Sw tch sett ngs to be effect ve, the dev ce must be d sconnected from the power and
g ven aga n. Data loss may occur when convert ng from a h gher value of baud rate to a lower due to the
bottleneck effect.
NMEA sentences whose baud rate w ll be converted must end w th <CR><LF>.
The NBC-22 can be powered w th n the range of 9~32 VDC. The nom nal voltage of 12~24 VDC s
adv sed for power ng the dev ce n normal operat on. Power nput port has a protect on for ncorrect
polar ty connect on of the supply ng voltage.
