seconds.
Every timeout below is effective.
4.2 ecologOne frontend
After updating ecomatController / ecomatBasic, the device needs to be disconnected and 2190
connected again
Upon updating an ecomatController or an ecomatBasic and receiving a success message, the
application displays Error 401, preventing connection to the device. To resolve this issue, a
workaround involves disconnecting and reconnecting the device from within the application.
This happens for updating from V3.2.0.3 to any higher version or downgrading from a higher
version back to V3.2.0.3.
1845
Connection ends in timeout when updating communication settings
If the communication settings of the connected device are changed over the 'Software' tab, the update never
shows that it has completed.
Instead the UI displays a timeout.
Error handling:
1. Accept timeout message
2. Reach page where all devices are listed
3. Disconnect device with old communication setting
4. Connect device with new communication setting
