Essay about "My Conducive Learning Environment

As a future instructor or teacher in order for us to be more efficient, effective teacher, we need
to have a conducive learning environment for our learners. It's useful to learn about strategies
and elements just for accommodating all learning styles of your students. Just like conducive
learning environment.

A conducive learning environment helps create a positive setting to ensure an efficient


procedure of teaching and learning. Therefore, creating a conducive learning environment in
the classroom through effective organization and management is one of the most important
aspects of creating a conducive school environment. For example, a quiet corner for students to
study, a discussion area for students to have discussions, a fun corner where students can play
games, etc. This enables both the students and teachers to better utilized the classroom to
facilitate the learning and teaching process. For instance, the learning environment should be
welcoming, familiar, and interesting. Because Unfamiliar environments will cause the child to
feel stressed, which can affect his or her learning. Another one, classrooms should be homely
features it can help make the learners feel comfortable and in turn, more receptive to learning.

In summary, a conducive learning environment is one in which students feel comfortable with
sharing their thoughts, asking questions and confronting challenges in their learning. From
here, students can become more active participants in the learning process, which makes for a
more productive learning environment.
