Department Process for Registration for Firms

Start

Applicant logs on to http://uprfsc.gov.in/ and submits the application online, uploads required documents &
makes required payment.

Sent Email/SMS
Application goes to patal sahayak level of related District

If Query Raise in
Application, intimation Sent Email/SMS
Email/SMS will sent to Query
Patal sahayak will verify the all
applicant. Applicant will supporting documents of application and
resolve it and resubmit will take action accordingly
application
When Patal sahayak forward
application to next level then
an intimation Email/SMS will
sent to applicant to present
If Application found correct then Patal their Original copy of
sahayak will forward application to uploaded document on given
Dept/Asst. Registrar of related division. date in front of Dept/Asst.
Registrar of related division.
Approved & Forward

On Given Date
Applicant will present
in front of dept/Asst.
Registrar of related
Division office with
Original Copy Of
uploaded Documents.

Replay will be submit against


If Query raised on presentation
Query Raised by Dept/Asst
date
Registrar by applicant

Dept/Asst Registrar Will Verify Documents

Approved

Approval Certificate will be generated


and signed using DSC online by the
Dept/Asst Registrar of related division.
After Generation of Certificate Email/SMS will Sent to Applicant

Applicant can download Certificate Online
