3. Problem Definition
3.1 List important local issues faced by your school
or community

1. Many individuals may face financial challenges that limit

their ability to travel, even if they find their dream
destination through the platform.
2. Some members of the community or school may not be
aware of the project or its benefits, leading to low
engagement and participation.
3. There is an increasing focus on sustainable travel and reducing
the environmental impact of tourism. In some cases, local
3.2 Which issues matter to you and why?

Lets put a primary emphasis on initial concern. Once we tackle the

issue it will pave way for the individuals to express and show out
their feeling based upon mood and enhance their skills in exploring
places comprehensively.

3.3 Which issue will you focus on?

To create a platform where individuals express their mood and their

responses will be used to generate a comprehensive report .

3.4 Write your team’s problem statement in the format below.

In what way can we assist management and staff in discovering an
effective method to obtain feedback? This would enable them to
enhance their teaching skills, leading to better understanding of
concepts by students and improved

4. The Users
4.1 Who are the users and how are they affected by
the problem?

In the context of the "Wander Genie" project, the users are the
individuals or groups within the school or community who will use the
platform to discover travel destinations based on their preferences.
These users can be categorized into several groups, each experiencing
the project’s benefits and challenges in different ways.

4.2 What have you actually observed about the users and
how the problem affects them?

Many students express curiosity about different parts of the world, but
are often limited in their exploration due to financial constraints or lack
of knowledge about how to plan travel.
They are keen to learn about new destinations but often feel
disheartened when
they realize travel isn’t always affordable.
Financial limitations can make students feel that exploring their dream
destinations is unrealistic, which can cause frustration or
disengagement.

4.3 Record your interview questions here as well as

responses from users.

Q1.Can you describe a challenging classroom situation that has been faced
and how you address it?
One challenge I faced was managing a class with diverse behavioral
issues .I implemented a positive behavior management plan, focusing
on building strong relationships to create a positive classroom culture

 Collaborate with colleagues

9
4.5 What are the usual steps that users currently
take related to the problem and where are the
difficulties?

1. Identifying educational challenges

2. Data collection and assessment

3. Collaboration with colleagues

4. Communication with student and parents

5. Professional development

6. Limited resources

7. Large class size

8. Diversity of student needs

9. Time constraints

10. Limited professional development opportunities

4.6 Write your team’s problem statement in the format below.

There are many individuals who are yet to explore

themselves and the places around the world and many
face problems to control their emotion and go back to a
safe and comfortable phase.
