Dear MR. MANISH KUMAR,
We have the pleasure in appointing you as a REPORTER for the operation of
J.K.A.EKNEWS24 PVT.LTD. you are being posted at 4th FLOOR, BISCOMAUN
BHAWAN,GANDHIMAIDAN, PATNA-800017(BIHAR) on the following terms and conditions.
1. your pointed will be effect from the date of your joining, latest by 1st
September, 2024.
2. you are posted at 4th FLOOR, BISCOUMAN BHAWAN, GANDHI MAIDAN, PATNA-800017

3. you will have to perform duties as will be directed by us. During your sift you
may be required to news operation of your company.
4. you will be on a probationary period of 6 month. after successful completion of
your probationary period, management will have the sole right to further extend
your probation at the discretion of the company. unless confirmed in writing, your
service shall stand terminated on expiry of the initial or subsequently extended
period of probation and this contract will automatically come to an end.
5. during your probationary period of 6 month your service is liable to be
terminated without any notice in writing or pay in lieu thereof.
6. since our agreement at the news governed by the contract labour (Regulation &
Abolition) Act, 1970 your tenure of service will be automatically terminated as
soon as soon as our agreement with our principal employer`s as mentioned above is
terminated or on expiry of one year from the date of this appointment letter
whichever is earlier.
7. you most provide the following documents to complete your appointment.
a. A complete biographical data sheet
b. A proof of identity and address
c. List of three reference which contact information
d. Attested photocopy of your educational certificated
e. Four colored passport size photographs
8. during the period of your assignment, you shall be paid INR 10,000/-per month.
The salary shall be revised as per company policy from time to time.
9. your appointment shall be confirmed only after you have submitted all the
relevant documents as started above.
10. subject to clause 5, 45 days` notice will be given without assigning any reason
for your appointment failing which the company will be free to take legal action
against you. you may terminate your service by paying (90) days salary in lieu of
notice
11. you will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your
joining the company during the period oof probation, your service me be terminated
by either party one month notice or basic salary in lieu thereof. after
confirmation and thereafter, your service may be terminated by either party giving
the three month` notice or basic salary in lieu thereof.
