Now a day, everyone wants an attractive and catchy website that can took the attention of their target
audience easily and many businesses which wants to go online doesn’t have a team to look after these
things. My goal is to design, create and provide them a catchy and attractive website.
For this purpose, I require a brilliant team in which I require web designers, web developers, project
managers, content creators, SEO specialists, Quality Assurance (QA) testers, sales and marketing
professionals. Customer support and account manager, administrative and finance staff, legal expert, and
technical specialist.
With this entire team, we need to divide our work in order to reduce mistakes, work efficiently, work
effectively and to get the work done in desired time. The following is the list of works to be done by various
team members:
1. Customer Support and Account Manager – Customer Support representative will provide assistance
to clients with enquiries, technical issues, and support requests. Whereas it will be Account
Manager’s responsibility to maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs, and
ensuring their projects are executed successfully. At the final stage they also present or deliver the
final product to the client.
2. Project Manager – Project Manager’s responsibility is to develop a detailed project plan, assign tasks
to team members, set priorities, and manage project timelines. Also oversees the project’s progress
and ensure that it aligns with the client’s objectives.
3. Web Designer – the Web Designer is at the helm of creating wireframes, prototypes, and the visual
design of the website. Also ensure that the design aligns with the client’s brand.
4. Content Creator – Content Creator will be in charge of developing a content strategy and plan that
aligns with the website’s goals and target audience. Then writing or creating text, images, videos, and
other materials and organising them for the website.
5. Web Developer – Web Developer is also divided into two subtypes:
i. Front-End Developer – A Front-End Developer is responsible to transform the design into a
functional website by writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
ii. Back-End Developer – It’s the responsibility of the Back-End Developer to do the required
coding and set up the server and database and connect it with the website and make it
functional.
6. SEO Specialist – SEO Specialist’s responsibility is to identify strategies, techniques and tactics to
increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high – ranking placement in the results
page of search engines. His role also includes optimizing the website for search engines by improving
meta tags, URLs, and external backlinks.
7. Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – He is in charge of conducting thorough testing of the website,
identifying and documenting any errors, bugs, or usability issues and it also provide detailed reports
to the developer team so that the developer team can fix bugs and can work for its improvement.
8. Legal Expert – The Legal Expert will ensure that the website complies with legal requirements,
contracts, and intellectual property rights and also address privacy and data protection regulations,
particularly when collecting user data on the website.
9. Technical Specialist – Technical specialist will provide technical support for applications and
programs to staff members and customers within the organization.
10. Sales and Marketing Professional – These professional will be responsible for ideating and executing
digital marketing campaigns to reach our target audiences, develop their sales pipeline and convert
prospects into paying customers.
11. Administrative and Finance Staff - Administrative and Finance Staff responsibilities include
maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and
processing reimbursements.
Our main aim will be providing the desired, modern, and catchy website as per the requirements of the
clients and will be charging money on the basis of the requirement of the clients.
After completion of all the dire work, it will the finance department who will be assessing the clients for
payment related matters.
And after provide the website, our company will be providing technical support to the clients by charging a
certain amount yearly which is exclusive of the money that we are taking for the creation of the desired
website.
