 General Terms and Conditions

1. This price proposal is made based on the architectural drawings, dimensions provided to us. Prices
are valid for a variation of +/- 100mm only.
2. Profiles considered are Standard White.
3. Necessary storage, Necessary civil work, power and scaffolding are covered under the scope of the
customer.
4. Grills should be fixed after installation of windows. Fixing Position of Grill should be 40 mm
starting of 9" wall, If Grill Placed before Installation Rs.15 per Sqft + GST will be added on
Installation cost.
5. Plastering of your walls (aperture) are to be straight on 90 Degrees on all four sides, Any
Chipping and Plastering has to be done by the Client.
6. All our profiles are covered with a protective tape. Removing the tape and Cleaning of the
windows is not in our scope.

PRE-INSTALLATION VISIT
The technical personnel will visit the site to take final measurement.

WARRANTY

20 years on the Profile and 10 year on the Accessories.

DELIVERY
The products under our scope of supply shall be delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of
technically clear and commercially approved order along with advance payment.
VALIDITY

Our proposal is valid for a period of 15 days for your acceptance after which it is subject to our review and
Confirmation.
