meine ise bahut easy way se samjhaya hai to ek baar achhe samjh jane ke
baad hum aage tatva ko balance karke hum apne maximum potential tak
paucnh sakte hai

To dekho koi bhi data ya information hum inhi sensory organ se receive karte
hai jo ek specific element se juda hua hai. iske baad hum information ko recieve
karke mind tak pauchta hai socho
Agar kisi ke elements mein imbalance ho, toh us insaan ko kuch specific
tareeke se information samajhne mein dikkat aa sakti hai. Jaise kuch log sun ke
cheezein jaldi samajhte hain kyunki unka ether element strong hai. Kuch log
