The AI-Assisted writing was introduced
last year. In 2H 2024, its coverage is
expanded to include more SAP
SuccessFactors solutions, including
Employee Central, and add additional
features including translation and text
analyzer.

commenting on requests except for
FO/MDF workflows.

The homeAddress entity fully supports the use of partial imports. Partial Import is used when you
want to change some fields and retain other field values. You can use &&NO_OVERWRITE&& in the
import file to indicate the field you want to retain.

Enhancements to Business Rules
• When creating rules using the Rules for Hire/Rehire Processes rule scenario, you can now select
hire templates in the If condition.
• The Dependents Model base object has been added to the Trigger Cross-Entity Rules scenario.
You can navigate from the Dependents Model to the child entities in the Set action.
• In the Trigger onChange Rules for HRIS Elements rule scenario, you can now set the Attachment
ID value to Null.
• You can now use the Trigger Event for Off Cycle Event Batch rule scenario to create rules with
the Execute operation for an Off Cycle Event Batch object using Job Information model
or Employment Details model as the base object.
• The “Is User in Group Rule” function allows the use of workflow groups and dynamic groups
aside from permission groups while “Is User in a permission group” limits the search for RBP
groups

Enhancements to the View Pending Workflows page
• The Requests Reassigned to Others tab represents a new category of requests: those that
have been delegated or escalated by the current user to others and are still pending approval.
• A new link, Access requests awaiting my approval, enables users to quickly navigate
to My Workflow Requests, where they can view and process requests awaiting their approval.
