PRICE
Price validity is 30 days from the date of this proposal and subject to reconfirmation.
For US $ quotations, payment in Philippine Peso shall be based on the prevailing exchange rate released by BSP at the time of remittance.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
On-stock: 4-6 days upon confirmation of receipt of the purchase order
Order Basis: 90-120 days upon confirmation of receipt of the purchase order
PRE TERMINATION
Pre - Termination of agreed subscription, client will pay the remaining amount of the total Managed Services Fee.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% down payment upon Purchase order, 50% upon completion
PENALTY CHARGES
For cancellation of Purchase Order after 3 days of issuance, 30% of the total Purchase Order amount will be charged.
For any unsettled amount due beyond 15 days, 1% of the total amount due will be charged per month.
